Unit was nice, but not well stocked or ready for guests. No wash cloths, dishes on shelf needed to be washed. 1 roll of toilet paper, one of the bedspreads in need of a good wash.

It was very nice clean and quiet. Several restaurants and stores within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Where to start? First off. The communication from the host came minutes before check in time. After that, it was completely non-existent the entire stay despite multiple attempts.Upon check in I found the following: dried urine on the toilet rim, zero toilet paper, hair in the sink, toenail clippings on the kitchen counter, food crumbs on the floor, a dirty kitchen table, and stains and crumbs on the bed.This is before finding out that neither the TV nor the internet worked, the entire time.Attempted to contact the host 3 times with zero response. I dont know who in the world would rank this higher than a 1, it was absolutely pathetic and probably one of the worst stays I've ever experienced. All items are documented in pics.Sure it had a roof and a bed but that's it.

It was a perfect spot for us to stay, it was very clean, had a washer and dryer which was nice. Also we were about at most 30 min away from anything we wanted to do. The hosts were also good with information.

In an old building with a very steep staircase on top of retail shops . Living room couch is stained and has springs poppping through seats . Tears in blanket in bedroom off living areas . Air filter in ceiling near bathroom looks like it hasn’t been changed in years with all the dust. Never stayed in property like this location . Its next door to a Mexican restaurant luckily no one was at restaraunt but its an area with businesses and this location your mainly only residential place so kind of odd. In town for Kentucky derby basically slept & showered there. Rates were very high for quality of place and location .

It was cute and comfy and it was so nice to walk right down and go to restaurants, shopping, museums, etc. We definitely want to come back!

We loved our stay here. Perfect location for the trip we had planned. Lots of great restaurants and bars all just a short walk. The room was very clean and perfect for us. Host was very helpful with any details and quick respnoses

My sons and I were in town for an event. We loved this place! It was so cozy, quiet, and affordable—exactly what we needed. It was close to our location, restaurants, etc. We would stay here again.

College Move In

We stayed in this cute little condo while we moved our son into his college dorm. Great location! Easily walkable to lots of restaurants, shops and only a 5-10’ish min drive to his school! Would definitely book a stay for future visits.

Everything you need

Walgreens is in parking lot, coffee places across the street and yummy food galore! This was a spacious 2 bedroom and exactly what we needed for our stay in Louisville!

Great location

Comfortable, and in an excellent location. It has a full kitchen and washer/dryer which is perfect for a lengthier stay. They only drawback was communication from the property manager was less proactive or responsive than others.

I reached out two separate times, over multiple days, to the property manager about their WiFi not being able to be detected on any of my devices. They never returned either of my messages. I tried troubleshooting it myself with no luck. The one tv on property was connected to the next door restaurants WiFi and not the properties. The only messages I did receive from the property manager was how to enter the property and at the end to not score them low. Other than that, the property was fine. Not on the listing: if you don’t like loud noises this place isn’t for you. It sits within a hundred feet from a train line that goes off several times per day and night. This is the first non five star I’ve ever scored as a vrbo user of over a decade.
