    We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped space for our guests. Just a friendly reminder to set your expectations and keep in mind the affordability of our units. We strive to offer great value for the price and ensure you have a pleasant stay!

    ▻ Living space- features a comfortable sofa set with plushy pillows, a flat-screen 55” TV, coffee table, and a laptop friendly work area
    ▻ Kitchen and dining area- w/ a dining set and modern appliances (microwave, fridge, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher) and silverware
    ▻ Studio unit comes with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 leather futon
    ▻ Bathroom- 1 full bathroom stocked with essential toiletries

    HIGHLIGHTS:
    ▻ Available washer and dryer in the unit
    ▻ Wireless internet
    ▻ Self check-in
    ▻ Parking spot available on the parking lot at the back of the building. Paid street parking is also available.
    ▻ This unit has the best view in the building since it's in the top floor!

    We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and well-maintained, though minor signs of age may be present as this is a well-loved home rather than a hotel-style property. If anything needs attention, we’ll address it promptly to ensure a stress-free visit. We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own, and guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately.


    HOUSE RULES:
    ▻ Please do not unplug any electronics that are currently connected. Unplugging devices may result in a $100 fee.
    ▻ Strictly NO PARTIES.
    ▻ Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM
    ▻ Strictly NO SMOKING
    ▻ Kindly keep noise and activity neighbor-friendly.
    ▻ Please ensure pets are cleaned up after.
    ▻ Visitors are welcome but only with prior notice and host approval.


    By booking this property, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines outlined in the listing. Failure to comply may result in a $500 fee, charged to the credit card used for the reservation.


    POLICIES:
    ▻ Early Check-In – We’ll do our best to accommodate! Same-day requests depend on our cleaning team, and for future stays, the only guaranteed option is booking the prior night (if available).
    ▻ Luggage Drop – We’re happy to allow luggage drop with prior host approval.
    ▻ Late Check-Out – Let us know by the day before, and we’ll do our best to accommodate until 12 PM. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Please note, unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra night’s stay.
    ▻ Package Delivery – We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here.
    ▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.
    ▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item)
    ▻ Cancellation - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking reservation. Any cancellations after this window will be charged according to the number of nights stayed.
    ▻ I have an exterior camera installed along the hallway and the main entrance of the building, it is on and recording 24/7.
    ▻ There is a noise decibel monitor in the listing that assess sound level but don't record audio.
    ▻ Pet Policy – We’re happy to welcome pets! PER pet pricing:
    *** 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night
    *** 8-29 Nights: additional $200
    *** 30+ Nights: additional $300


    IMPORTANT NOTES:
    - The building is located next to a busy highway, and while we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, please note that some traffic noise may be audible (we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine for comfort). Additionally, the building is in an up-and-coming neighborhood, which means there are areas still under development, and you may occasionally encounter homeless individuals. We recommend staying mindful, as you would in any area. The parking lot behind the building is free and controlled by the city; however, it may be considered poorly lit. Overall, it’s a lively and vibrant community!
