  • This modern and stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips and conveniently located in downtown New Albany just a few minutes across the river from downtown Louisville. This spacious residence features a beautifully remodeled interior with clean lines and modern inspired furnishings. There are 4 large bedrooms with high ceilings and walk in closets and 3 full bathrooms. It is just a few blocks away from a variety of local shops, restaurants, and breweries, and music venues. Visit the local farmer's market in the morning and enjoy some great live music and drinks in the evening.

    I have a queen size air mattress available for your use for to allow for up to 10 person max sleeping capacity.

The amenities of the property for our group were perfect and the close proximity to Downtown New Albany and Louisville were great. Loved the garage with off street parking which is also very unique to the property with the privacy of the fully fenced back yard.

We had a great stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything was so convenient—easy walk to the river, downtown, and Mansion Mile, which made the whole trip feel relaxed and enjoyable without needing to drive everywhere. Plus, being just about a 15-minute drive to Louisville was a huge bonus.The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. You can tell care has been put into making it a welcoming spot.Honestly, we could have used a longer stay—it went by too fast. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

House was very clean, Dustin responded very quickly with any issues we had or questions. The kids loved the back yard and was nice that it was enclosed, so I could let them go out and play and not worry!

Great place in New Albany / Louisiville

The house was perfect for our group that was attending a trade show at the Exposition Center. New Alabany is a nice area with plenty for dining.

This home was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the firepit! Our group has already discussed staying there again next year.

This was an excellent place for my family to get together and visit for a few days. The host was very responsive. The kitchen appliances seemed to be all new and the bathrooms and bedrooms were in excellent shape! The living room had lots of chairs with a large table and the outside playing space was trimmed clean and ready to go. Lots of fun! Thanks!!

Perfect Location

The setup of the home and location were perfect for our needs - the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the floors we needed; great parking options that made us feel safe; a nice backyard that worked for our family, and a two-minute drive to the church for all of the wedding festivities.

Great Location and Amazing Backyard

Teh property is spacious and the rooms are huge. Bathroom have deecnt water pressure and the kitchen is perfect fror cookig and hanging out. Backyard with fire pit and artificial grass was a great bonus.

Perfect for our needs

The location is this property is awesome! Walking distance (less than a mile) to plenty of restaurants and bars. The house itself was clean and spacious enough for our needs. The garage access was ideal. Would highly recommend.

Archery mini vaca

It was very clean with lots of room. We were able to get to everything we wanted to do very easily. Dustin also communicated with us right away.
