The apartment was beautiful and the host was great. Always answered questions in a timely manner. She gave gave very detailed instructions when arriving and departing. The location is downtown and close to food. All in all great stay!

Great property and great location

Stayed for a few days in July of 2025. Property was clean, spacious and had access to a great pool and amenities. Good central location, lots of stuff within a short walk or Uber. We were happy with the space and would stay here if traveling to Louisville again. Tyler the host responded quickly to questions I had.

Vacation with friends

Questionable at first, because you dont enter through the main part. But when you get in, it was very nice. We were traveling with friends, so it was nice to be staying in our own apartment down the hall.It was close to many attractions, and every recommendation was accurate. The Thursday races at Churchill Downs was amazing!!!The only negative was we arrived before the cleaning was complete, and one night the air conditioner quit working. Tyler was very quick to respond, and maintenance repaired it right away. Fun trip...great memories.

Clean, spacious and quiet

This space was pleasant, cute and very clean. It was quiet and in a great location downtown. Would have given it 5 stars but the mattress on the bed was just too soft for my taste. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Great Location for Weekend Event at KICC

For a weekend tournament at the KICC, we opted for a rental over a hotel. We were very pleased with our choice!Communication with Tyler was great both prior to and after booking. We even bumped into him in the hallway during our stay; very friendly and helpful.The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet, and had all we needed. While there, we visited the CVS, Falls City Market, Porch Kitchen & Bar, Dunkin Donuts, and Sicilian's Pizza & Pasta. (We actually visited FCM twice and ordered carry out twice from Sicilian's - great food!)The rental includes 1 parking spot on the top floor of the parking deck. The apartment is just half a flight down from there. Common areas were clean, bright, and well-maintained. While it was too cold to swim, we were very impressed by the pool, lounge, grilling area in the center of the complex.If we're attending another event at the KICC, we'd definitely book here again.

Comfortable and great location

My husband and I visited Louisville for the PGA Championship. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the unit's close proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Tyler was great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great location downtown. Walk everywhere!

This is an ideal location if you are looking to stay downtown and walk to nearby attractions like the Muhammad Ali Center, the Louisville Slugger Musuem, and all of the various bourbon distilleries that the area has to offer. The parking garage and building itself can be tricky to navigate, especially if you have someone in a wheelchair, but if you are traveling with multiple people it’s not a huge burden. The unit itself was very clean and in great shape, and owner response to messages was incredibly fast. Will definitely book here again for our next trip to the Louisville area.
