Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the apartment itself, but shared access to the hot tub, pool, gym, and other common spaces!



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of downtown, you'll be in the perfect spot for shopping, bourbon tasting, and sightseeing alike. The courtyard of the building insulates the apartment from the hustle and bustle of the city, making the space rather quiet and peaceful!



Getting Around:

With the central location of the building, guests can get to plenty of activities by foot! We do recommend a car should guests choose to venture outside of the downtown area, but city buses or uber would also do the trick!



Other Things to Note:

The apartment overlooks the community dog park, visible from both the living room and bedroom. For privacy and comfort, blackout curtains are already installed. One complimentary parking spot is available in the on-site garage with an 7-foot clearance, suitable for most standard vehicles (not oversized vans or tall trucks). The heated pool and hot tub are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM year-round, with occasional last-minute closures for maintenance!
