It’s was a nice spacious place and great location with a lot of nice shops in the area. The double balcony was a big plus it was really cool. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend if your ever coming to the Louisville area.

We had a great stay. The condo was fabulous and in a terrific location. There were lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and coffee shops within walking distance. We were there the weekend before Thanksgiving visiting Family. I grew up nearby this location, so of course, I felt right at home.! it is loud at night with the fun bars nearby, but there are earplugs and sound machines readily available if needed!

Great property, very clean with ample amenities including off street parking and easy access to interstate. Our host was wonderful. The bittersweet experience is that there are multiple restaurants nearby which is a blessing and a curse. Great dining and cocktails within walking distance but unfortunately it was quite loud after 10 PM, mostly from loud muscle cars. Overall, still a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

Stay on Baxter

Location was great and convenient to plenty of food options and bars. Can be a bit loud lat on the weekends due to the bar across the street and motorcycles on Baxter, but war plugs were provided and did the trick. Only other issues noticed was the oven didn’t work and one of the burners on the stove wouldn’t light, but these were not an issue for us as we just cooked on one burner. The unit is very spacious and feels like home.

Great condo in Louisville

Such a cute condo in a fun and vibrant neighborhood. There is a lot of noise from the road and bars at night, just as described in the listing. The host provided ear plugs, fans, and sound machines. Would stay here again!

Parade weekend

We chose a weekend and chose this Vrbo. And then found out if was St Pats weekend. Oooh Boy! Did we have a blast! We walked around the neighborhood, found coffee shops and restaurants. Then the parade on Saturday. I never want to watch a parade any other way. We watched from above, with snacks and a bathroom. Perfection. The Vrbo had everything we needed. All in all it was a great weekend!

Bourbon Trail Stay- Girls Trip

Place matched the pictures and description. Clean. Road noise was loud but that was listed. There were sound machines and ear plugs at every bed side which was a nice touch. Very responsive communication. Great location for restaurants and downtown distilleries.

Family stay to Louisville

Had to find a place to stay with family to celebrate another family member who had recently moved to Louisville. The location was fun and vibrant, close to many of the places we needed and wanted to go downtown and it was a great place to gather for a bit with others who were in town for the week. Really enjoyed the place and will be staying there again!

Nice location for eating and access to louisville. Gated parking lot was a nice touch. Only drawback was being right on baxter had intermittent loud road noise at times over night.

Nice location, great host.

This property is exactly what is looks like on VRBO. We had a group of 8 and the place slept our group just fine for the occasion. The area is loud late at night but comes with the convenience of the property. After our stay, someone left an expensive personal belonging and the host made sure to get it shipped back to us right away. Would stay here again.

Great space in a great location

We enjoyed being in such close proximity to all the happenings on Baxter Ave, and had more than enough space for three of us. The noise of the evening revelry and the walk up to the unit and up and down to bedrooms and bathrooms within the unit were accurately described in the listing. All in all we had a good stay in a super cool part of Louisville!

Centrally located to many shops, bars and restaurants. Loved the ability to park and walk. Spacious for an urban condo with 3 floors and great outdoor spaces. Warning it is quite noisy all night long. Bring your earplugs.

Know before you stay

Owner nice and responsive. Convenient drive to downtown. Property is on a street lined with bars. Cars drag racing, car alarms, people shouting - past 2 am every night. Brutal. Property is worn. Couch had multiple stains. Entrance is up poorly lit stairs - not conducive for night time or an elderly person. Lamp in bedroom on night stand with no switch to turn it on. Technically only 1 bedroom as the other 2 bedrooms do not have closets so no place to hang your clothes. The main for has a sleeping room but no bathroom on the floor. Have to go up or down stairs to get to a bathroom. In addition to other peoples private hairs on bathroom floors and in tubs. Wood rot under main entrance door. Trashy looking. Overall this property needs a good cleaning and maintenance.

Perfect for Family When Visiting

My family stayed here while visiting me in Louisville. Lovely space that was the perfect place to relax all together and then after dinner was easy to walk to several bars along Bardstown!

Amazing Location

We were there for a 50th bday and was blown away by the amenities and location . The clubs , bars and restaurants that were great to visit just across the street and both ways . The space and amenities of the place itself were great and we will definitely book this again in the future .

Great Location

Great location for a group of friends to stay. Walking distance to food and bars and a quick Uber to downtown. Laura was very responsive to all our questions. We had a great time and should we head back to Louisville its very likely we'd rent the same place again.
