The place had everything we needed for a long weekend in Louisville. The Quill coffee was a great perk! The construction was a bit of a challenge, but once it is done, I am sure it will be great. The beds were comfy, plenty of extra blankets, etc. The bathroom lock on the extra bathroom needs to be repaired and they place could use a couple towel racks, but nothing major!

Great weekend bourbon/golf trip

Great place to stay downtown, plenty of options for bourbon and great food within walking distance. Extremely comfortable and clean unit. Hosts are available if any situations arise. Would definitely recommend and consider again for another trip to Louisville

Bachelor Party

Stayed here for a bachelors party, great location and you are in walking distance to bars, restaurants, and distilleries. 4st street is right around the corner as well. Recommend this place if you are not looking to have a car and stay in walking distance to everything.

Perfect for an adults only trip! But would be great for kids and teens, too!

We had 8 friends meet up with us to celebrate my husbands birthday and this apartment/condo was the best place we stayed! The room with 4 queen-sized bunk beds was a huge hit, but all of the beds were so comfortable. I would recommend bringing a white noise machine to drown out the sounds of the traffic if you’re sleeping in one of the back rooms, like we did. The bathrooms were large, clean, and modern. The large living area was the perfect gathering place. Next time we are back on the bourbon trail, this will be our home base!

Amazing place!

This location was perfect, a block from all the hot spots in downtown! We especially liked the amenities that were offered in the unit as well, and the beds were SOO comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Just beautiful this condo has everything you want and more. I was a little iffy when I went up on a third floor and a little scared. Once we got into the condo, all the fears went away Benjamin and Amanda, you guys outdid yourself we would definitely be back. Thank you again for your hospitality.

A lot of potential - Owner very responsive - Property not ready for us

Property has high end finishes and is pretty. However, when we arrived it was not cleaned well (hair balls on floor, feet turn black if you walk barefoot, pink mold in shower, etc), the towels were not stocked, the dryer had wet towels and linens in it. The listing had a lot of inaccuracies (no desk, deadbolt, sq footage, etc) and the elevator to the suite floor was broken so we had to use an alternate elevator that takes you to another floor that is under construction - not a great experience and then you have to take half a flight of stairs to the correct floor. The hallway to the unit was very low lite making it difficult to see the keypad to unlock the door. The unit needed repairs like the freezer door handle was broken on one side, the bathroom sink faucet handle was very loose, another was hitting the wall, etc.) There are many more things, but you get the idea - it didn't meet our expectations. I spoke with the owner who is very responsive. She had additional linens dropped off and a maintenance worker there the next day. She offered to send someone to clean but that would be another day we would have to rearrange our plans as I didn't want someone in the room with our belongings if we weren't there, so I declined. The owner is going to address everything so hopefully all of these things will be corrected for the next set of guests.

Downtown Louisville

Exceptionally Clean!! Exceptionally well located!! Great beds & bedding!! Those are my top needs when I look for places to stay usually but additionally here the VRBO was upscale. Style in every room and little nice extra’s. High end coffee & snack “bar” was fun & the kids really liked snacks that were unique and fun but trying too hard. Kitchen oven, fridge, & utensils are all clean and fresh. Higher end than would have been expected which was nice! TVs are worth mentioning, every room had a nice big sized TV. Water & room temp was easy to move and responded really well. Fixtures all worked & were stylish higher end than usual. Great water pressure and fresh ice when we arrived in the freezer. Small thing but nice. Nice rocks glasses and kitchen entertaining space for bourbon & chatting! Location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, 4th street, river fun, museums, high end food, medium end food, fast food…all really about 2 blocks away BUT the night clambering all those locations cause was just far enough that at night it was quiet. Fun extra was the room spray- the location was fresh without it but they had an amazing boutique room spray in the bathrooms. Like so amazing i took it with me (not sure I should have but it was yummy)!! This location is well thought out, has lots of attention to detail and is impeccably stylish fun! Defiantly will stat at a hollyhock in Louisville again.
