  • NEWLY RENOVATED 3 Bed 2 Bath lower level of duplex is perfect for small groups, couples, or business travelers. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the brand new remodeled kitchen and open concept living space. The quaint sitting area is perfect for taking a break from the day's activities.

    **PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**

    This unit has free off-street parking. However, the unit is part of a multifamily "duplex" house and we ask that you DO NOT take up street parking spots directly in front of the home. We save street parking for guests of Unit #2 since they do not have access to the driveway area. You will be the only guest with access to the driveway area.

    Outdoor areas such as the front porch and backyard are shared areas. Other guests may be utilizing the areas during your stay.

    Welcome to Crescent Hill! One of Louisville's most vibrant neighborhoods is buzzing with local restaurants, micro-breweries, boutiques, and shops. Just 15 minutes from historical Churchill Downs and 5 minutes to Downtown Louisville. Walking distance to several great bars and restaurants.

    This NEWLY RENOVATED 3 Bed 2 Bath unit is located on the first floor of a duplex. This unit can be rented individually OR it can be rented as an entire home in combination with the second floor unit. This space is perfect for small groups, couples, or business travelers. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the brand new remodeled kitchen and open concept living space. The quaint sitting area is perfect for taking a break from the day's activities.
    Three private bedrooms with new comfortable bedding (2 queens, 1 king) and brand new modern bathrooms make this the perfect space for a trip to Louisville.

    -NO CABLE TELEVISION, GUESTS CAN UTILIZE SMART TV BY LOGGING IN WITH THEIR OWN STREAMING APPS, YouTube TV is available

    -Exterior devices record audio and video. Devices will be activated during the guests stay. Recordings are triggered by motion.

    Full access to the entire lower level unit. Unit is located within a multifamily "duplex" home. *PLEASE NOTE: GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO CLIMB STAIRS TO ENTER UNIT. NO ELEVATORS*

    Trendy neighborhood with a large variety of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, bars, etc. One of the best locations in Louisville.

    Neighborhood is walkable. Lyft or Uber can get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in Louisville for $25 or less (normal rates) but be prepared to pay increased rates Derby weekend. Rentable scooters available in the area.

    RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

    WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

    KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

    RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

    NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

    CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

    NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

    NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.

    PARTIES/EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed without written approval from the host prior to check in.

Clean Home, Great Location

The Cresent Court house is clean and in a great location for our Thanksgiving trip to Louisville. Close to many restaurants and downtown. We stay here again.

Great place, great location

We were in town for a short family vacation and this place met all our needs. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was close to restaurants and shopping.

Very Nice, Very Clean

The property is modern, very clean with all the basic items you will need for a few dsys or seversl weeks. Located in a nice upscale & quiet "except for random barking dog:-)" neighborhood. Several restaurants within walking distance. I recommend Blue Dog Bakery and Cafe, The Hilcrest Tavern & FABD. The host is very reponsive and the check in/check out process was very easy.

Louisville stay

Overall we're really happy for the property, convenient location, nice neighborhood. Only issue we had was that they were no curtains or blinds in the front windows. Other than that great place, highly recommend.

Derby Stay

Check-in process / Property Manger were easy to deal with. Location was great. Accommodations were fine. Sheets need upgrading for price we paid. Ants robbed us of 4 Krispy Kreme donuts! Kitchen utensils / accessories could use some additional thought / care.

Cozy Stay in Louisville

Our stay in Louisville at the property in Crescent Hills was very nice. Comfortable, quiet, established neighborhood. The location was great as we ate most of our meals and enjoyed the Manhattans 'up the street' in the local restaurants and bars - The Manhattan Project in particular. Brandon, the 'host', was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had which were minor and minimal. Close to downtown also. The home has lovely bathrooms and beds with comfy mattresses on the beds. Definitely recommend staying here when you're in town.

Quiet, clean delight

Very pleased to drive up to find a tree-lined street close to main drag. Inside was very clean, set -up was comfortable. Only suggestion - oil all the squeaky doors.

Perfect Location

Crescent Hill was the perfect property for our bourbon trail weekend! The unit is spotless and has everything you will need to unwind after a day of tasting bourbon. We found the location to be perfect for our 3 night stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.
