Our group of 10 LOVED this house! It was just as advertised. Plenty of room for our group to have privacy but also be together when we needed/wanted to be. Even went above & beyond one day after we left but forgot to lock up, they came by to double check for us! Would stay again if in the Louisville area.

Work and play; all under the same roof!

My company rented this outstanding house for a week's stay so that all of us could be together while attending a nearby trade show at the Expo Center. The house has all the amenities you could ask for! There were plenty of tvs for everyone to enjoy and the outdoor space (with gas grill and fireplace) made the chillier nights fun and tolerable. The location was perfect for us because groceries (Aldi's) and libations (liquour store) are within walking distance. We were able to independently work and play (watch all the college football games we desired) due to the ample space the house provided and the excellent wifi service. Speaking of service, they had it in spades when it came to taking care of the property and our needs. There was a minor heating inconvenience and they property manager had an HVAC person there to repair it almost immediately. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone that needs a great house and needs it within this area of Louisiville. I promise you, you will not find a better place. We will definitely be back!

Bourbon Place review

I would probably give the property a 3.5 if I could do that. The property was pretty nice overall, and largely as advertised. Location was good for our needs. However, it was not advertised that the property was very near the north end of a runway of the Louisville airport, which is a hub for UPS. There was significant UPS air traffic starting at 4:45 AM. Long-term residents of the area might get used to the noise, but short-term rental occupants are not likely to. The upstairs bedroom has no towel bars, hooks, or otherwise. given the bathroom needs to serve occupants of 4 beds, this is unacceptable. The bed in the 2nd floor bedroom near the realty office is badly swaybacked. For me as a single occupant, that wasn't a huge deal, but is would be a big problem for two occupants.

The fellas did some bourbon.

One of our good friends turned 40 a month earlier and he is originally from Louisville. My birthday ended up landing on the same wkd and man oh man did we have a blast. The Bourbon house is just what the doctor ordered. Plenty of space, clean and cool set up. Tvs were easy to cast from our phones for some games as we wound down the night playing some cards. Would ABSOLTUELY stay here again. Near a bit of everything and great to get onto the roads for different bourbon tours. Awesome time!

Bourbon Tour Adventure

The location was perfect for us and so very convenient. The property itself had everything our group needed and it was very neat and well kept. I am planning a couple of other bourbon tours with other friends/groups and will definitely inquire again for this house.

Great House for Group

The house was amazing for our group of 10. Everyone had a bedroom, and the shared spaces were large and inviting. We loved the openness of the kitchen into the family room. As well as the open back patio with the fire pit. We had a great stay. Brandon had quick and amazing communication.

Second time staying at this property and my family and I love it!

My family and I come in town for our family reunion and desired to all stay under one roof vs a hotel. This house has plenty of bedrooms and space. So you do not feel cramped. Not to mention conveniently located to the interstate, stores, downtown. The owner is responsive, one the propane tanks was empty and he responded quickly and brought another over. I highly recommend this property without hesitation.

RELAXING HOUSE

This checked nearly all of our boxes. Great kitchen. Patio with fire pit nice to relax around in the evening. Bedrooms were accommodating. My only issue was VRBO had this listed with 8 beds, however they counted the pullout sofa and futon.

Perfect spot and great house

This property was great. 5 bedrooms worked well for the 5 friends who stayed. This property is also close to groceries, restaurants and just about everything else you want. Very comfortable and the patio out back was a great place to unwind and visit. Absolutely recommend.
