Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y están en perfecto estado. La ubicación no es la mejor, sin embargo estás muy cerca de todo.

In Louisville as in most cities, parking is valued at a premium, and fees are required for the upkeep of the parking areas. Charges are typically kept separate from the room fees, as only some people who stay at the hotel have a car. We appreciate your review and hope to host you again in the future. The management team especially were very professional and showed extreme kindness towards my wife and I during our stay. This team of Renee, Justin, and Chris were all top notch! They are truly to be commended for the level of customer service that they provide. Great location and Nulu in Louisville is alive!
The shower faucets were a negative as they would go feom perfect temp to feezing to scalding and back to perfect. Something with Grohe faucets that I have experienced before. Other than that, the personnel, clenliness and service was excellent. Hoping the top of my message reaches Marriott's purchasing department. Grohe is the only shower faucet I've consistently had negative experiences with.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep
Very clean and front desk staff was friendly but would never stay here again. It’s located near bars so you can hear drunk people screaming and shouting on the street all night long causing a sleepless night for the family.

The staff at this property went above and beyond and even allowed us an early check-in! Extremely kind and courteous. The hotel is in a great location, very safe, but it was very loud at night due to nightclubs in the area. We would stay here again however!

Beautiful, but a little noisy.
The hotel itself is well appointed and the lobby is very nice. The room was comfortable...the only issue was noise from outside the hotel throughout the night kept us from sleeping well. I don't know what the answer to that problem would be.

Dog friendly hotel-the elevators smell so badly of dog urine that it takes your breath away so everything else about the hotel that is fantastic is soured. They do not clean your room unless you request at the front desk. Staff neglected to mention that at check in. Other than that the room was nice, breakfast is great and parking is easy. A nice perk would have been free guest parking.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location to easily walk to shopping, dining, bars, etc. Staff was very friendly during my stay. Didn't try the dining or bar options at the hotel, but the bar attached to the hotel seemed very popular. I'd stay there again for sure.

I love the fact that the Hotel is located in walking distance from everything. The eateries surrounding the hotel are excellent and the bars are nice. I'll definitely stay here again.

Overall nice stay! Nice rooms comfortable beds. We booked a room with a sofa but there was no sofa. Thankfully we didn't need the sofa for anyone we just wanted the extra space. Would stay again if in area.

The property was certainly convenient. The advertisement says "city view". The room that I received was a roof view of mechanical equipment of what the desk clerk called a "courtyard view". I paid for a city view and received a roof top view of the second floor mechanical units. The desk manager indicated that they did not have any "city view" units. I believe I deserve a refund.

Dear James, I am sorry to hear that we let you down and you didn't enjoy your stay due to your room assignment. We never want to leave our guests with a poor impression of our AC Hotel.
