Very nice. Very clean. Safe area that offered a lot more than just a place to stay. Has parking, a gym and golf Simulation. Ours very responsive. Great place!

One of the biggest things that I look for is Security this place is amazing. I was a little bit intimidated of going up the hills and coming down the hills in the garage but once I learn how to put my down here parking brake on lol I was good. The garage is well lit and there’s cameras everywhere like cameras are everywhere. This is an amazing place. The staff is amazing. It’s clean. It felt so good to be in a hotel that I wasn’t scared to sit on the furniture there was no stains on the bed. None of that absolutely amazing.

Nice clean apartment reasonably close to everything

Apartment was nice, clean, well apointed. It was relatively convenient to downtown activities. We scootered everywhere and that was fun and easy. The bed is Very firm, but that was fine for me, but a little too firm for my partner. They had an issue with the water pressure but I would assume that has been addressed.

Quick Getaway

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Louisville and exactly as listed. Walking distance to everything. The building is very secure and the host was great! He was very informative and super quick to respond when there was an issue with parking upon arrival. Highly recommend!!

Convenient and easy access. Heated pool & hot tub not available as promised. Trash under couch but otherwise clean. Baby crying at night in apartment above. Not much water pressure in shower.

Wonderful downtown stay

We had a sudden change in travel plans due to hurricane Milton. The host graciously worked with us and we were so glad! The accommodations were modern, clean and neat and conveniently located to 4th St Live. We will definitely come back next time in the area!

Amazing condo

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was perfect for what we needed. Extremely clean, well stocked with basic ingredients . It is in walking distance to the famous 4 th street action. Also it was nice to have the parking garage. I highly recommend this VRBO

Anniversary trip

My husband and I stayed here for a long anniversary weekend to hit up some of the distilleries and we had a wonderful time! The arrival instructions were perfect and very detailed. We had no problem getting in and out of the building. There is so much to do right around the area!

Nice Studio in Louisville

We traveled in to see Louisville and do some cycling in the city. As with most downtown places, the access is tricky. Follow the detailed instructions provided, makes it simple. The facility was very nice, great amenities. I used the fitness center several times, and the pool and hot tub fun as well. Everything works great, is comfy and cozy. Location is good and all attractions walkable. We went to a Louisville Bats game, visited the museums downtown and some great restaurants and heard good live music at Merles. Biking was so fun as well. Need to get to the Big 4 Bridge and enjoy the Indiana side. Jeffersonville and New Albany were lots of fun. Pizza and Pints right across the bridge was nice. Communication with Devin was good, and there were no issues. Was a pleasant stay!

Downtown Louisville Stay on 4th Street

Heater in pool had been turned off in April/May (according to tenant) water was actually COLD, and the hot tub was not working. It was a long walk with suitcases, etc. from the garage to the actual apartment. Apartment itself was clean & nice.

Such a pleasant stay
