    Walk to almost anything you need, restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores & boutique shops! Located in the trendy Frankfort Ave corridor and is close to everything via foot or a quick drive! Close to all of the trendy neighborhoods-NuLu, Frankfort Ave, Butchertown, downtown Louisville, and the Highlands, which are known for great restaurants, shopping, museums, sports, conventions, nightlife, and bourbon! We're a clean, pet-free, newly renovated apartment with lots of light, style, and elegance!

Great location, we loved the Manhattan Project and Varanese restaurants right down the block. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Very clean rooms, kindly supplied towels and extra toiletries in case you forgot yours at home. Right next to the incredible Quills coffee shop which was a lovely surprise! So many fun shops and eats within walking distance. Checkout was super easy and overall the stay was very comfortable and cozy for a very affordable price.

Great old house with lots of character. Clean. Cool area. Responsive hosts. Great experience overall. My only complaints would be that the couch was not very comfortable and parking was cumbersome.

Bourbon trail getaway

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay and loved that we could walk to delicious restaurants the owners recommended. The house was clean, well stocked, and central to our fun in Louisville.

Quiet, elegant, this well-appointed rental is close by to all the riches of Frankfurt Avenue like the excellent Quills Cafe and Grape Leaf Mediterranean Grille. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Just what we needed!

Lovely historic apartment just off Frankfurt Ave. There are many choices for dining, all within walking distance. Also very convenient drive to almost anywhere.

Perfect little place

This was a perfect little place to rest and relax after our adventures. Don't be afraid of on street parking as it was no issue and we drive an F150.

What a House and the Cutest Neighborhood!!

We absolutely adored our time at this house and in this neighborhood. We were in town for the PGA Championship and I did a little research before we booked. This location delivered exactly what we were looking for. Multiple highly-rated restaurants within walking distance, a coffee shop on the corner and just the nicest group of people and lots of dogs… cute. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!
