Meeting in the middle---Work Trip

We were 3 leaders in a major company meeting in the middle to do some long term planning and coordination. The house was GREAT! Very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Trains going by through the night are the only negative. But we were still able to sleep.

Clean newly renovated older house with lots of character

We stayed for a week at this property. It was clean and accessible. Good location in Shelbyville but the actual neighborhood was somewhat sketchy. Had a nice hot tub, laundry facility and the kitchen was a good size and easy to navigate. There's also a dishwasher which is a plus. The property owner/managers are easy to reach and the instructions for checking in and checking out. We're clear and easy to follow.

One of our favorites

The house was clean and so was the spa. The outside patio was wonderful. We spent most of our home time out there. Several close areas to get fuel, food and spirits. The shops were wonderful and food was great. Not too far from Louisville

Family Trip to Bourbon Country!

3 Roses Manor is an absolute gem! The house was absolutely amazing and the pictures were spot on. Not only was the house beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean, it was fully stocked for all your needs. I have to say, the back porch was to die for….we spent every morning and evening out there enjoying a morning cup of coffee and a nice pour of local bourbon in the evening. The host was great and easy to communicate with! We will be back and highly recommend 3 Roses Manor to anyone looking to visit KY and Bourbon country.

Definitely would stay AGAIN!

The pictures are an accurate description of the property. The hosts were very easy to communicate and ask questions.It was VERY clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and a toddler. The houses across the street were a little sketchy, but we'd definitely book again or refer someone to that house!

Don’t cheat yourself…

The property is beautiful. The owners are fantastic. If you love historical buildings that have been restored to capture their history while providing modern comforts, you would be cheating yourself if you didn’t stay at this property. Kudos to the owners!

The location is perfect for horse races and distillery tours. With it being located in between Lexington and Louisville, it was perfect for day trips to places of interest.

Girls trip 2024

The Three Roses gave us just what we needed a fantastic girls trip!! This home was beautiful, so many details (air purifier/sound machine in each room, beautiful art on all the walls, the kitchen had everything we needed including cubed cocktail ice ready upon arrival, the beds/sheets were so comfortable ! We had a fantastic time and would love to come stay again!!!

In town for a wedding

We stayed over the weekend to attend a wedding. It is clear that the owners care about their property and take good care of it. While the neighborhood was run down, the house itself is well maintained and has been updated. The master shower was amazing. Wound recommend.

Very nice property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was perfect for 3 couples and was exceptionally clean. Only had to contact the host once, and they were very responsive and great to work with. Really enjoyed the back-deck with the hot tub! We would highly recommend this property.

Could not have been better

We so enjoyed this house. It had everything we needed. The house is beautiful with three bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was so very nice with lots of extras. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch. So nice to relax and enjoy the weather. The location was excellent and it was within walking distance to restaurants and boutiques. The 6 of us loved it!!

Our trip was planned for our husbands to enjoy some bourbon tasting together. That changed the day before our arrival. Sudden death in one family. My husband and I proceeded to go with the plan. Pleasantly surprised about the accommodations and did a variety of other things in the area.

We were 3 couples celebrating a birthday. Distilleries in Frankfort and Lawrenceburg (25 minutes) were easily assessable, as was everything in Louisville (40 minutes). This place met all of our needs.

This was a beautiful house! It was warm and comfortable and soo nicely decorated. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was perfect for our gathering. The hosts were so easy to work with, and we are hoping to return at about the same time next year.

Great location to hit several distilleries in a weekend. Awesome home with ample space for 6 adults to feel comfortable. Outdoor area was a pleasure to enjoy on Kentucky evenings.
