Great location, accommodating host, beautiful home with amazing amenities. We came here for trout fishing and this home is within a hour away from Yatesville, Paintsville and Grayson. Stayed 7 nights with our son and his wife. Was perfect for relaxation away from the tussles of work and be with family. The hot tub and fire pit with its secluded surrounding made the best atmosphere at night to joke, laugh and make memories. The property Host, Aaron quickly responded to questions and gave my son and I some of his favorite fishing spots that were great and allowed us to see some amazing sites. With a Barbecue grill for a outside cookout and all the amenities needed I recommend Sacred Winds Cabin to anybody who's looking to get away for a few days.

Wonderful cabin

Our stay was fantastic. The cabin was clean and well equipped. We had one issue when arriving. The code for the front door didn’t work but we called the owner and he fixed it immediately. Great cabin, great host! Thank you so much Aaron!

This Hot tub is always relaxing. The patio is one of a kind, located right beside a magical firepit. The birds, trees, wild flowers and squirrels are like a scene from Snow White.

Fabulous every year!

Relaxation, crafting, didn’t know how to work the arcade games, hot tub and bonfires. Good food and family fun! Loved every minute. Will be back again!

Fun Girls Getaway

We had a group of five staying at the cabin and had plenty of space, we could have easily had more people with us and been comfortable! Beds and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed and there were plenty of towels. We enjoyed the hot tub, porch, and packman game! The sectional was large and both the living/dining areas provided plenty of space for playing games and visiting. We traveled to Huntington for a softball tournament on Saturday and it was a reasonable drive for a day trip if that is what someone had planned.

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed our time at the cabin! It was clean, had comfortable beds, and provided what we needed for our stay- if i had to make a suggestion, I would suggest updating the pots and pans, including hot pads and a few more dish cloths/towels. Otherwise, everything was great!

Perfect, Peaceful Getaway

I rented this property for 6 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday. I had a guest stay with me for 2 days, but, the rest of the week, I stayed alone just to indulge in some quiet, peace & self care. The property was immaculate, cozy, and just what I was hoping for for my getaway. The owners are amazing and easy to work with. The cabin was stocked with everything I needed.

Relaxing couples getaway

The cabin and location is lovely and peaceful. We loved the covered hot tub with outdoor television and comfy beds. There was unfortunately trash left around the fire pit in the oven and around the property but otherwise very clean and enjoyable. Would come back again.
