"The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. "

I would suggest being more clear in the description that this is not a hotel, but student housing that is temporarily empty for the summer break. "

"This was a beautiful, modern home! Every amenity was conveniently available (kitchen supplies, linens, hair dryer). It was clean and bright with new appliances and a beautiful large TV. The wifi access was great. We had plenty of parking. The location was incredibly convenient to public transit, local shops, etc. The owner left clear written directions and was ready to reach when I had quick questions."

"We only stayed for one night but the place was great. It has a beautiful view and was an easy walk to the pubs downtown. It is also less than 10 minutes from the beach. The host was super responsive and even offered some recommendations on where to eat. I would highly recommend! Please note that very good directions are provided to find the house. We relied on just the GPS instructions initially and were unable to locate it until we read the directions provided! The bonus is private parking...
