"We loved our stay at Cove Cottage! Vanessa was kind and communicative and made us feel very welcome. The cottage is comfortable and beautiful inside and out. It has everything you need and loads of natural light. The location — right on the water — is filled with wildlife and the rise and fall of the tides. Maine at its best! Close to Thomaston and Rockland and great restaurants within 5 minutes in St. George. Can’t wait to return! "

"We stayed here for two nights with my parents and our three children. It is a beautiful rustic log cabin in the woods surrounded by trees. We enjoyed using the stone log fireplace every evening. The kitchen has the basics and the beds were comfortable. The cabin has baseboard heaters. The location was very convenient to Boothbay Harbor."

"Great location, beautiful views the electric features needs “ Attention “ to prevent an accident. ( floor lamp next to chimney, lamp outside bathroom (hallway) brown lamp in bookcase doesn’t work. Outdoor grill needs replacement parts, new burner on the right side. Everything else great !"

"We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable king size bed with plenty of good pillows. Shower had wonderful pressure! Kitchen well equipped. Quiet and view over lake serene. Enjoyed the loon and bald eagle. Best for 2 people bunk room very small. Would recommend and come back ourselves, but longer stay. serene."

"This was our second time returning to this cabin for a Howard family 4th of July gathering. We loved the space and it was the perfect place to retreat for cozy movie time after a day of social gatherings. The beds were extremely comfortable making this an incredibly relaxing and restful stay.We look forward to making it our go to spot next year, as well. See you next year!"

"Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. "

"You can't get closer to the water. There are multiple kayaks to use. The firepit is a decent size (which is readied for use with kindling stacked). The place is kept very clean and is stocked with essentials: coffee maker (brew, as well as keurig), typical kitchen ware, bathrooms have plenty of towels. We haven't used it yet, but there's a stacked laundry wash and dryer. We'll definitely go back!"

"We loved our stay at the Guest Cottage! Spotless and beautifully decorated, and we had all we needed for the two of us. Be aware that the shower stall is very small. Kind and timely communication from the owner. The New Harbor/Pemaquid area is a joy to visit. Be sure to have a meal at the Pemaquid Seafood Co-op! We hope to get back again one day."
