Fantastic family holiday.

Pre de L'aubier is spacious, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well-equipped. The pool and grounds are extremely well-maintained, perfect for family games. Fresh bread and croissants just 2 miles away, brilliant local restaurant walking distance and numerous local night markets to enjoy. Perfect. Our best family holiday ever!

Beautiful Property in a Quiet Location

We were a family of ten celebrating my wifes big birthday and we all had a fabulous time. The property is commanding, standing on a hill within an acre of grounds, surrounded by countryside. The swimming pool was amazing, we all lived in it due to the very very hot weather. Kitchen facilities were great, with many dining options, due to the hot weather we ended moving the tables to wherever it was shaded in the garden.

Beautiful house in a beautiful environment

We were looking for a large house to stay in and it didn't disappoint. Large bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms were very handy. And the kitchen comes well equipped. A very big garden and lovely swimmingpool. Communication with the owner was reliable, clear and fast. The only "problem" we had was with this VRBO platform. There are no reminder mails to pay (luckily I saw it on time) and payment doesn't go smoothly. But that has nothing to do with the house. We had a fun holiday!

Maison parfaite pour grand groupe

La maison est très agréable à vivre en groupe, autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Grande cuisine, grand salon et nombreuses salles de bain en font une maison idéale si vous êtes nombreux. La tranquillité de l'emplacement est aussi un vrai plus.

A fantastic house in a great location! Simply wonderful.

We had a wonderful week staying at Pre du L'Aubier, everything was perfect. The bedrooms are all beautiful with super comfortable beds and the rooms are as good if not better than the photographs. Jackie and Dirk are super owners and sent us lots of useful information before we arrived and left a great welcome pack of food for us to get the holiday off to a good start. The pools is amazing, in fact so good it was hard to drag ourselves away. We particularly liked the outdoor covered eating area which was very welcome in the glorious weather we had, perfect for a lazy breakfast or a laid back BBQ in the evening. A perfect place to explore some of the great market towns and vineyards nearby. I would highly recommend this to others. We were two families staying together and the house has plenty of room for everyone to have enough space to feel at home. The kitchen is very well equipped so great for self catering. The property is immaculate inside and out with thoughtful touches. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beautiful house Jackie and Dirk we would love to return one day..

Très bon séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison très bien aménagée. Tout est fait pour que chacun s y sente bien. La piscine chauffée est super. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et ses toilettes ce qui est un réel avantage quand on est nombreux. La cuisine est superbe et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication avec les propriétaires et un bon accueil des personnes en charge de la maison. Seul petit bemol devoir repartir avec ses poubelles et la personne chargée de l entretient de la piscine qui passe a l improviste plusieurs fois dans la semaine (même si il est sympathique ) Nous recommandons cette location sans problème

Great find!

Beautiful house in a quiet, secluded location with amazing views. Loads of space indoors with plenty of room to spread out; five great bedrooms - all en-suite - so no grumbling from our very choosy group about who bagged the best room! Wonderful pool and fantastic outdoor space for dining or relaxing. Great comms from the owner and very easy check-in with welcome from the housekeeper. Everything we wanted for a really great stay - thoroughly recommended!
