"Property okay- adequate for a short stay.
In need of a bit of TLC.
Room clean and spacious enough. Tea/coffee and small fridge.
Swimming pool onsite which we used a lot due to heat! Also in need of TLC but large enough to cool off and enjoy.
Fan only in room. No air conditioning.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Walkable but not a lot to see- we drove to beach etc. co-op and a couple of choices to eat. Restaurant onsite.
Fairly quiet area though near a main lane/road.
Plenty of car parking which...

"An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months"

"An amazing stay, the host was very clear with the instructions, There were scrumptious home made biscuits to welcome you.
All facilities available, very peaceful and good parking. I stayed for work and thoroughly enjoyed my stay"
