I had a great stay in the cottage. Close to town, and walkable to the bay. A nice outdoor space. Pet towels provided was a nice touch!

The cottage was exactly as described / photographed. Checkin was easy (we received a door code the day before check-in), and having a dedicated parking spot really streamlined the load-in. The entire house was clean and well laid-out. Communication with our host was pleasant and prompt, and they were very accommodating. The area felt very safe, and we loved walking around the local shops, cafes and restaurants. The farmer's market on Monday is worth your time as well. I'd certainly stay here again!

Great little spot

My husband and I visited with our dogs and were not disappointed. The cottage was exactly as described, and the location was perfect for a 4th of July weekend away from all the fireworks. It was quiet, convenient, and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again next year.

Cute cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Baywood. It was very clean and staff friendly. My disappointment was that the listing included washer and dryer in description which I thought it meant washer and dryer in unit. Instead, there is a laundromat on property. That’s a big difference to me.

Perfect Little Spot

This VRBO is perfect for a stay in Los Osos. The local coffee shop and Caliwala bakery were within walking distance and a great way to start the morning. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much!

Great clean place! Love the amenities! Remodel was done with intention and they were highly responsive. Only thing that was not so great was the bed which was just okay but could use a matress topper in my opinion. The location was not my ideal situation but the quiet community was so refreshing it over shadowed everything else. Great place!

Adorable Cottage in Los Osos

If you are looking for an adorable cottage for 1 or 2 people, Baywood Cottage #5 it a gem! The cottage was recently renovated and has all that you need for your stay in Los Osos, including a comfy bed. It includes a nice patio to sit outside to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset at night. I loved that I could park my car and walk to the several restaurants in the village. Patrick, the host, was easy to communicate with if I needed anything. I highly recommend Baywood Cottages!

Morro Bay

This property is immaculate, newly renovated inside and out. I would strongly recommend posting pics of the outdoor area for these units, it was beautiful and a nice surprise given the small unit and travelling with a dog. The property management was immediately helpful when we encountered an issue with the new lock instructions. I would look forward to staying at this property or with the same management company in the future.

I loved having a quiet cottage to stay at to get away from everything for 10 days. My husband and I try to visit the area every summer, but this is our first time deciding to get a rental where we can make our own meals. I would definitely come back. The farmers market on Monday was great for stocking up on fresh produce. The cottage is conveniently located within quick driving distance to our favorite places to visit in Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, and San Luis Obispo.

Great place to stay

The property is well maintained, and very quiet. It has a nice outdoor space, picnic table and chairs to enjoy a fire pit. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, and looked newly reno'd. The kitchen had everything you'd need, was a nice size with lots of counter space. The bed was comfortable, had nice bedding and comfy pillows. It was a big enough space for 2 adults and a dog. The property manager was great to deal with, always quick to respond when we had questions. The location was great. Just a short walk to the bay. There are some great restaurants and coffee shops close by. Perfect place for a relaxing get away!

Blissful Bungalow

We loved our accommodations at Baywood Los Osos! Patrick was a great host for this sweet casita. It had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway...super comfortable king-size bed, well designed bath with full closet, a nice sitting area with a fold-out loveseat (twin bed) and huge flat screen TV. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all the amenities of home. And the outside space was secluded enough for a private dinner at the large table to the side. And the patio, with two comfy Adirondack chairs to relax in by the cozy fire pit, had a view of the main walkway to the downtown area. All in all - a great stay!!

OUR STAY

The space is fine for a short stay. The unit centrally located and the host is responsive and flexible. The unit could use a ceiling fan and the bed was really uncomfortable for me. Other than that we had a good time.
