Good day. Thank you for choosing us as your place to stay during your vacations. All the pictures posted are real, actual pictures of the hotel and what you see is what we offered. I have never seen a boarding house with that type of privacy and comfort. Private rooms with King size bed, air conditioning in each room, Private Jacuzzi per each room, private bathroom per room with hot water, each room with amazing ocean view balcony plus breakfast included. The hotel is new, modern, comfortable, clean and private. In addition our staff is committed to all our guests satisfaction. We are at full capacity and all others guest who stay with us, are happy and satisfied. You made your reservation using Expedia platform and therefore everything related to your reservations including refunds must be done using the Expedia platform. On our side nothing is charged until the guests check out or leave the premises. Cancelation of reservations using Expedia online platform is very simple. It does not take longer than 2 minutes to process. You have to cancel your reservation in order to start the refund process through Expedia platform. That is the way it works. We can not give you a refund for something we have not charged or for a room which shows booked or remains showing reserved under the guest name. All requests must be done using the Expedia Platform. If reservations are not cancel by the guest, the room remains booked under the guest name and not available for rent to anybody because the guests can show up at anytime and claim their reservation. Your reservations was for 2 nights. Management wrote you directly to assist you with the cancellation process. You received our message but you did not even bother to reply at all. The receptionist also offered you in person the option to find another place for you to stay without charge. We did everything in our hands for you to find another place for you to stay and to make the process as smooth as possible. We offered you 2 times the option to find another place to stay and informed you that there will be no charge but you decided to stay with us. We do not offer any type of discounts for guest who complain about non existence issues. if a discount was expected for such behavior, this time did not work. Having many other options for hotels to stay at walking distance which you could go at no cost at all and still decided to stay with us, must have been for a good reason.
