My daughter and I ran the Santa Barbara wine country half-marathon (our other adult kids were with us, too), and the home was close to the town of Solvang, as well as in an ideal location to explore other towns. Asked question shortly after booking about distance to event and got no response (I was concerned that we might be too far away; however, it worked out fine). Also mentioned that we heard something in the walls of the master bedroom two nights while we were there (maybe birds, geckos, not sure) but kept us awake. Also, got no response to that concern."
