Modern apartment in Puerto Naos Beach

Modern apartment recently renovated with all kinds of luxuries and details. Spacious, bright and well located 1 minute from the maritime avenue of Puerto Naos beach, and just 10 minutes by car from the city of Los Llanos de Aridane. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a modern and equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom next to the master bedroom, a living room with a TV, and two balconies, which transmit light and ventilation throughout the day.

The front balcony overlooks the center of Puerto Naos, where we find the bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants. The rear balcony has beautiful views of the mountains, and is perfect for resting, reading or enjoying a glass of wine while watching the starry sky of the island.

Just 40 meters away, the maritime avenue runs along the beach side by side, and has restaurants where you can taste fresh fish and seafood. 15 min. by car you can also find the Villa and Puerto de Tazacorte and a little further, the entrance to the Caldera de Taburiente National Park. Enjoy your vacation on the island from this central and warm coastal town, from where you can take any route.

Very close to the house there is a free public parking, so although the house does not have parking, it is not a problem.

The bus stop is on the same street, although it is recommended to use a car to enjoy the island. There are also several companies that rent bicycles and active leisure with which to develop activities such as kayaking, hiking, etc.
