Our family chose this Copala “Slyawar” condo in Quivira mainly for golf access, which was fantastic and worth it. The grounds, friendly staff, and nearby Copala Clubhouse are all well run and a real plus.The condo itself however was minimally equipped and would benefit from better maintenance. Towels were limited, basic supplies like paper towels and tissues weren’t provided, and the only hair dryer in the unit was old and nearly overheated. We also experienced two more notable issues: the air conditioning was difficult to control, with one bedroom freezing and others unreliable (every internal and external door needed to be shut for it to work), and the front bathroom sink detached and actually fell out during the night!Communication with the owner was inconsistent, with some questions still unanswered. The initial condo guide was sent in multiple VRBO messages and only in Spanish (thank goodness for Google Translate). A late checkout was offered due to the sink issue, which was appreciated, but that only came after our required checkout time. Overall, this stay was acceptable for a golf-focused trip where time in the unit is limited. With improved upkeep and more responsive communication, this condo could be a stronger option.

Patty is very responsive with any questions which is great. The condo was a bit dusty when we arrived, it looked as if it hadn't been used for a bit. The staging is attractive but is quite a bit to move off the table to dine. The air freshener plugs everywhere are overwhelming so we unplugged them and eventually the smell faded. The proximity to the pool is great and the views from the patio are lovely. Overall it was a good week.

Lovely accommodations

Condo is well situated. Terrace is spectacular with easy access to the amazing pool with ocean views. Fridge broke down but Patricia was very quick to respond and provide solution. Very limited supplies so make sure you read welcome email to know what is provided and you’ll be fine.

Fantastic!

The property is lovely and very well equipped. Patty was so helpful and accommodating. Everything is just like the pictures and we have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. And the Concierge provides excellent service. My pro tip...if you don't have a car, I suggest renting a golf cart (we used Quivira Golf Cart Rental and it was absolutely fantastic service). We got to roam around the resort and enjoy all the facilities it has to offer. We will absolutely rent from Patty again.

Fell in love with the house and community

We had an amazing experience staying in this condo for 4 nights. I would book this place again. Communication with Patricia was excellent even though I had a hiccup because my phone’s battery over heated 🥴. The place was set up as expected from the pictures online. Also the community of quivira is a must visit because it’s beautiful and private with tons of amenities! That’s for your service Patricia!

Another wonderful time at Slyawar

This is our second stay with Patty and we could not have asked for a better 4 weeks. The unit is spotless, well furnished and very well located. There was an issue with the internet connection when we arrive on Saturday evening. We contacted Patty and she arrived Sunday morning with a technician to replace the modem....Now that was service! We scheduled a midstay cleaning and Tere did a spectacular job refurbishing the units perfect shine and glow. We are already to schedule our return for a 3rd time in 2024 B and B

Perfect getaway spot

Spacious clean, modern condo with full kitchen. Our group of 4 spent 2 weeks at Slyawar condo. The full kitchen allowed us to stock up at Costco and cook some of our meals at the condo. The grounds are impeccable and the infinity pool just was mere steps from our covered patio. We spent most of our time on the covered patio, which had a gas grill and sink. Unfortunately the plunge pool was having a timer problem, so we never used it. A problem occurred with the Wi-Fi that required a replacement router. Paty was responsive and had it replaced quickly. On site, there are two tvs with internet and a game console ( we never had time to check out the games) . Once we figured out that you could take the hourly shuttle to the back gate, where we could utilize Uber, made traveling off the site much more affordable. We rented a vehicle from Avis for two days, as we wanted to venture to Todos Santos. Just a note, book online and you pick the vehicle up at Pueblo Bonito. We look forward to returning to this area in the future.

Slyawar Condo was wonderful

What wonderful visit. We are so happy that we chose Slyawar for our month stay in Cabo. Patricia, the owner, was at the condo to greet us upon our arrival. She showed us all the amenities of the unit and how to operate the TV and any other devices that needed explanations. This first floor unit had an expansive patio. Gas grill with rotisserie and outdoor sink, L-shaped couch, table for 6, two recliner chaises, a wrought iron seat and a splash pool. Needless to say we spent much time here. Plus the unit is literally steps away from the buildin's infinity pool looking out to the ocean. An amazing place to stay in a gated community with acess to and discounts at all of the Pueblo Bonito resort pools, activities and dining options. Thank you again Patricia. I hope that we can visit again soon. Bryan & Barbara

Excellent Host

Everything was as listed. Patricia is a very accommodating host. She actually came to the Condo early on the second morning and assisted us with all the buttons and gadgets that us older people don’t understand. Everything was self explanatory, but we are not very electronic savvy!

amazing get-away place

Everything is as pictured in the listing! The location was about 10 minutes away from the main city but it was a nice place to go home to after the busyness and craziness of the day. And the drive on the way to the property was always worth it and looked so picturesque. The place itself had its own pool but there was also an infinity pool just a few steps away that was shared by everybody who was staying in the property although most often we had it all to ourselves. Anything we needed was all stocked up inside and we never really had any problems about running out towels, toilet paper, etc. Although if we did have any questions, the property owner was always so responsive and nice. Will definitely visit once again!

Awesome Outdoor Area.

Nice place with a great outdoor area. Only downfall was the a/c worked very strange. All the interior& exterior doors had to be shut in order for A/C to work. They would shut off as opposed to normal cycling. Hard to keep cool.

Copala is Fabulous!!!

Patricia’s Copala condo is absolutely wonderful! Beautifully appointed and perfect for our needs. It is on the ground level right next to the community pool. There is also a small private pool as well. This place is perfect, perfect, perfect! Thanks to a wonderful host for sharing your lovely home with us.
