Both Rosa and Ivan were very helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. Had a little problem with the washing machine, not working throughout the week, which was a bit of a bummer but life goes on. The unit had everything we needed, including beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc..

This place was great value and in such an excellent location. We walked everywhere. The pool restaurant was fantastic. We expected concession/fast food, but it was real food and the service was great. Our 4 bedroom place was perfect for a family with 3 teen aged/grown sons. The staff on location were friendly and always helpful.

The view from the balcony was less than ideal. Right across the street is vacant land that is unimproved and looks like they ran out of money to finish what they started. No air conditioning in the lobby of anywhere else in the whole resort other than our room.

The condo was perfect for our adult family getaway and contained everything you could think of for a fun beach vacation. The resort amenities elevated the experience with a restaurant and bar just steps away. In addition, this was prime location. You are an easy walk to Medano Beach, the Marina, or Downtown. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

A Stay

Wow. What a great suite. It fit 7 of us perfectly and had everything we needed. The location couldnt be any better. 1 block to Walmart for groceries, 2 blocks to the marina, 2 blocks to the beach. The pool and staff at the pool were fantastic. 2 for the price of 1 drinks all day every day!! Don’t think twice about this place

Fantastic Celebration

We traveled to Cabo to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday and had an amazing time. We arranged pickup through the property manager Rosa and they were right on time to pick us up. Rosa was easy to work with and very responsive. I also arranged to have tacos prepared for our arrival. There was so much food we were able to snack for two days. Nilda was our chef and the food was really good! The location of the property is ideal. Walking distance to Walmart, the beach and downtown. We walked everywhere! The owner of the property has everything well stocked. There were plenty of towels, cookware and even beach supplies. The property was clean and my grand-daughter loved the swimming pool. All of the staff were amazing and so helpful. The concierge assisted with dinner arrangements it was just an amazing trip! The one thing to be aware of is that the upstairs shower in the Oasis Suite is in the corner of the bedroom with no barrier walls. It’s completely open. So you have to be careful to protect the floors as water does spray out. Other than that, which was workable, everything was amazing. I also have to mention Ivan who assisted with ensuring everything was working properly. He was amazing as well. Thank you Clint and Marina Sol Residences. We will be back!!

Great location with walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, marina, Walmart (to stock up on food/drinks). The condo was perfect for our two families and the property manager was great to help with pre-planning and check-in. We hired the personal chef and it was totally worth it and a fun experience - Chef Daniel was great! The pool was nice and relaxing after a busy beach day and we enjoyed the hot tub at night. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great Trip - Great Place

Overall we really enjoyed staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was exactly as listed. I always felt safe and we could easily and quickly walk to the beach or Marina. The only downfall was that the hot tub broke the day we got there and wasn't going to be fixed at anytime within the week we were there. I understand that is not their fault though, just unfortunate.

Amazing Trip!

We had a blast. We are two, families of 4 travelling together and this was the perfect unit! Both kids rooms were upstairs , both had their own beds bathrooms. Two master size bedrooms on main floor. Staff were great and helpful. Lots of people own their units at this place and we chatted with many and got good advice on where to go. Beach was a 3 minute walk, Walmart nearby if you need. Highly recommend!!

Great pool and location

Stayed with 3 friends. Nice that everyone had their own room and bathroom. Kitchen well stocked and water was filtered. Smart tv in every room but the big one in the living room was great. Pool outside was large and very well heated. Great hot tub. Had a wonderful well priced massage downstairs. Location close to everything. Decor was dated but beds were super comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels. There was a lot of noise at night so you need earplugs. I also needed noise canceling headphones on top of that to block out the very loud traffic and music.

Friends and Family Holiday Vacation

10 of us (two adult couples and 6 children) stayed for a week and had mixed reviews based on our group size. The resort property and the penthouse itself were great and as advertised. However, if anything fell short it was the wifi range and speed given the number of devices and smart televisions…often buffering or not working much at all. The water pressure and overall hot water was poor as well. Easy fixes that makes this a 10/10. Lastly, best for groups of 8 of less. Our 9th person was on a rollaway bed and the 10th had to sleep on the living room sofa or go 3-deep in a king. Honestly, it was a really great VRBO, but a few suggestions to make it amazing.

Christmas in Cabi

Our stay was great! Hosts provided us a Christmas tree that made our Cabo Christmas perfect! Ivan in the office was great with recommendations. Elly the building concierge was fantastic and booked us dinner and boat cruise reservations. Had one of the best massages I’ve ever had at the spa in the lobby. Hosts set up our transportation from and to the airport. Close to the beach and the marina and close to Walmart for grocery shopping. Was a great trip and a great place. The WiFi and TV connection wasn’t great but everything else turned out great. Highly recommend!

Best place for a bachelorette party!

We are so lucky to have stayed at this Vrbo. Rosa was super helpful in booking everything. She was the concierge at the resort. We felt extremely safe going in and out of the resort throughout the day everything was in walking distance, which was great. We were able to walk to the marina, club, and all the hotspots in Cabo, it was super convenient that there was a Walmart nearby as well . We saved so much money on cabs because everything was in walking distance, even though it was the hottest time of the year everything was easily walkable. We opted for Walmart to deliver to us which was great because the location had a rolling cart that we were able to use to bring the groceries up. We also booked a chef to come cook for us and he brought so much extra food with him. Highly recommend booking this experience through the resort. All the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The beach is super close by and easily walkable, and you can actually go in the water. The only downside I would have to say are the showers because there’s a little privacy. The girls who stay upstairs took turns leaving the room while the other shower. Highly recommend booking this location for your next trip.

Best location in Cabo

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect and walked right to the beach each morning. Along with that Walmart was right across the street for shopping along with the Marina just ten minute walk. The concierge and staff at the condo were exceptional and took care of all our needs including scheduling a boat tour one day.

Great condo, great location, great property

Host and the property team do a great job communicating, very helpful. Restaurants were both lovely, as was staff. Condo itself has great space and ample bedrooms for our group. Walkable to beach and marina, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.
