Brandon was our concierge and was great to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house for the most part was comfortable. Wish we had umbrella's to help block out the hot sun when relaxing outside to extend our outdoor time. Understand they are hard to come by. The guards out front were all friendly and the do tour the community regularly.

We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. The house - with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom - was very convenient for our family of 4 adults. The private beach, within walking distance and with an option for snorkeling, was great. We also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella available for our use. The kitchen was well equipped. And the balconies with nice views were a great bonus. The concierge team was very responsive and helpful.

Winter Holiday

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! Everything is exactly as described. Our hosts were quick to accommodate our needs and so professional, gracious and kind to communicate with. We loved the location just outside of Cabo and close to Costco and other grocery stores. We did rent a car but ended up using Uber to go back and forth into Cabo as it was easier than looking for parking and prices were very reasonable. We loved the quick 10 minute walk down to the beach and loved going for a quick daytime visit here and there and a couple of sunsets. The house had everything we needed for our family including two boys and their girlfriends. We had more than enough space to spread out and loved every moment. Thanks so much Greg and team! (Mauricio, Carlos and Brandon!

¡Casa Agave es perfecto!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood only 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown CSL! Gated community with 24 security and its own private beach. Easy access to groceries (Fresko across the street) or quick essentials (OXXO right at the entrance). Stocked with all the kitchen supplies, beach supplies and your own private pool. Beautiful views from the patio, balcony and rooftop. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again!

Casa Agave

The house is a fantastic place to stay in the corridor area between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. It was very clean and had all the amenities you could think of. The kitchen pots and pans could use an update and some of the beach chairs are pretty old. The hot tub and the pool were used and enjoyed extensively. The table by the pool could use an umbrella. Walking to the beach was about 20 minutes each way, but the walk back is mostly uphill and is quite a hike. The property management was easily reached and of great help whenever needed. Very convenient grocery store across the main highway (about a 10 minute walk) and we went about 3 times a week during our month long visit. The area is very safe in a gated and guarded community (the guards are very friendly and helpful). There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and both are nice. Villa Serena was loaded with cats so beware if anyone has allergies. Puerta Vieja was excellent both for food and quiet dining. Both accepted the Cabo Passport (good purchase). We spent many days on the private beach and we also went to the Hyatt resort, by accessing the stairway next to the beach, for drinks and lunch. It was very easy to get an Uber to go to San Lucas of San Jose. I would also recommend visiting Santa Maria beach and Chileno Beach. All three beaches are swimmable and you can snorkel at all of them. I would highly recommend this house and would love to come back in the future.

Two weeks

We enjoyed the villa, lots of room for three couples. It is well equipped, nice towels and bedding. Our contact was very helpful and responsive. Definitely made our vacation more enjoyable.

Safe, private getaway with everything that you need

We stayed at the Casa Agave for a week and had an excellent time. The location has everything that you need and want from a rental location. It was well stocked with cooking supplies and amenities. Coffe, outdoor grill, kitchen utensils and applicances, washer and dryer, etc. were all in great shape. We had access to the garage to park in which was a nice bonus. The views of the ocean are great, you can look out and see whales spouting and jumping in the distance. It was about a 12 minute walk down to a private beach, protected by rocks on each side. The pool was nice, big enough to feel comfortable in for 4 people. The hot tub on the roof is a nice touch as well, along with the lounge area up top on the roof, which made for great views at night and during the day. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and had plenty of room for storage of luggage and clothing. All of the bathrooms were big enough for 2 people to get ready. Did not watch much TV, but they were there for our convenience when we wanted them with full satellite programming. We were concerned about Uber availability when we were booking, but that was not a problem down there. We had an uber within 5 minutes of ordering it without a problem. The Cabo Bello neighborhood is gated and very secure. We didn't feel uncomfortable at any time. We would definitely visit again and stay here.

Dream house

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Agave. Communication with the property manager and concierge was great. We felt safe in this beautiful gated community and enjoyed the scenic walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed to make meals and grill. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The pool was clean, with beautiful ocean views. We watched the sun rise and set from the rooftop patio and hot tub. A true dream house!!!

Nice stay!

My husband and I wanted to have a romantic getaway and this was a lovely place for us. We chose it because of the hot tub. Unfortunately, it was not working for the time we were there due to a part not being available. But owner was very responsive and we enjoyed The beautiful scenery. Had a concierge team that arranged pick up and transportation for us and so shout out to Mauricio and Brandon‘s team for organizing that. They even took us to a grocery store so we could get some groceries. be sure to bring any toiletries. You need such as shampoo and soap. I would also recommend any spices and cooking oil that you may use if you plan to cook in the lovely kitchen.

Nice place!

It's a beautiful house in a prime location in Cabo Bello. Modern appliances that all work properly and, as you can see for yourself from the pictures, a nice pool and a lovely view. The view is even better from the roof, which is accessed through an exterior staircase. Furniture is all in good shape and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with gadgets and only lacks a pizza cutter (although arguably I really shouldn't have been eating pizza in the first place.) Only one point to make: most houses in Cabo Bello I've stayed in either have water filtration for the entire house or at least a supply of giant water jugs for drinking/cooking/coffee making. It was pretty warm out and we were there for 12 days, so we found ourselves making trips to the grocery store to buy bottled water every third day or so. We probably would have been better off having a large quantity delivered the first/second day there.

Great Location - Great Communication

The team was very welcoming when it came to check in. They have services they can offer ahead of check in. Amenities were as described. Make sure to bring your own toiletries. Would stay in this house and neighborhood again!

Beautiful house but multiple issues

Casa Agave is just as beautiful as the pictures show, and it is also located in a great location. It is about 10 minutes/ $7 Uber to town. We had an easy check-in process. However, we experienced multiple issues when staying at this location. Toilet paper was included in the amenities of the place, but there was only 1 roll in each bathroom when we had a 5-day stay and 6 people staying here. Upon talking to Mauricio, he did not want to provide more. Furthermore, the jacuzzi was not heating up and no one did anything to fix this even when asked. We would have spent much more time up on the roof had this been working, and the jacuzzi was one of the reasons we booked this place, so it was a bummer. The managers of the house did stop by on the second or third day of the stay to check up on us, but when we told them our concerns, they did nothing about them. It seemed like communication just got worse and worse while we stayed there. We still had a great time in Cabo, but I would probably not stay here again.

Great get- away

Nice condo in quiet neighborhood. Plently of indoor and outdoor space for 6 people. Need a car or taxi to get around and into Cabo. One nice restaurant within walking distance. Great new grocery store nearby but have to cross many lanes of traffic to get there. A local bus is available to get you there.

Christmas vacation

We stayed for 1 week for Christmas with our family of 5. The house is beautiful and well equipped. Cabo Bello is safe and secure with friendly security personnel. Easy to get around with rental car or Uber. Brandon and Bibi were great to work with and very responsive. Merry Christmas

Love this place

This property is beautiful. The layout of the house is wonderful. Indoor/outdoor living at its finest! The pool was perfect in the April sun and the rooftop was amazing for evenings watching the sun set! The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot. Kitchen has everything you need. The property hosts are very prompt with responding and resolving any issue that may arise. We were lucky enough to spend a month here and enjoyed every single day! Cabo Bello is so wonderful! Walking this neighborhood you never get bored at the sights. We hope to be back soon!

The house is nice, each bedroom with its own en-suite. Gorgeous front patio. The pool wasn’t heated so didn’t use. Hot tub on the roof top was very nice and new but didn’t use much, due to the daunting metal staircase going up. There are so many stairs I developed bursitis of the knee. May be a great place for younger people. We had. 6 people over 65 years old. Great hosts managing the property

Relaxing Sunny Xmas break

Our family (2 adults and 2 toddlers) had an amazing time staying at this place. From the welcome and support throughout our entire stay by Brandon and Bibi to our daily hangouts by the pool and short drives to downtown for fine dining and entertainment. Large rooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and safe location!
