The room and location were perfect for our needs. The facility was nice and relaxing - not overrun with spring-breakers. Location is perfect for walking basically anywhere you wanted; with Medano beach only a block and a half away. I will stay here again.

Best location in Cabo

The condo was in a fantastic complex with a great pool, restaurant, bars, and activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels, sheets, and cooking supplies. The location is a 10 min walk to the beach and at 10 min walk to the marina. Right in the middle of the best places in Cabo. We will defiantly be staying here again!

Marina Sol One Bedroom

Our second time staying in this particular unit. We like Marina Sol and have considered buying here. B104 is in need of some love. We were comfortable, the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are good. It’s just that the main living space could be so much more than the merely adequately furnished space that it is. Sweet little unit however, just needs some TLC! I cannot revise, I am telling the truth. VRBO needs to change the policy of location disclosure. Why should I give you money before I know what I am buying!!?

Ground floor

The location (ground floor) was perfect. The condo itself is somewhat dated but the bed is great. As mentioned in a previous post, linens could be updated. We never did see or hear from the evolve rep the entire week. She called on our arrival day to let us know how to get in. No response to an email asking about checkout procedures so just did what we have done in the past when we've left a condo there. Someone staying there for the first time wouldn't know what to do. We love location of marina Sol but not necessarily management of this condo.

great spot

Great spot, the thing is there are alot of long time owners and they put there towels out by the pool at 8 AM then dont use them ... so at times there are no places to sit by the pool. but whatever. still a great convenient spot.

Two Part Review - Property & Condo

We stay at Marina Sol every time we go to Cabo. We usually book with MS Premier Properties and they are fantastic. Our first time booking with Evolve and I will never do it again. First, I want the say the Resort/Facilities are excellent. The Pool Bar/Restaurant is always great, good service etc. Concierge is Excellent, and thankfully for her the trip was good. My issues are this particular Condo Unit & Evolve. Our “Guest Services” person, Yolanda, was not around the entire week. Evolve told us she was our onsite contact, their office was dark all week, so signage or way to reach anybody else onsite. Our condo was dark, and hot when we arrived. Typically the other onsite rental company, MSPP, has the lights ON, AC ON and you feel welcome when you arrive. The place was moderately clean, but the unit is old and very BASIC. A full kitchen was listed, however we couldn’t even boil eggs in a pan. A couple old skillets and a tiny pot were all they had in the space. The wall decor is covered in dust and the place was simply unappealing. Now, we will say the bed was super comfortable, which saved the room/unit and stopped us from booking another place all together. We almost bailed and found another place to stay. The unit says Washer & Dryer, but did not state the are community units. We packed based on these appliances being available. (Other units we’ve stayed have these appliances in the room) Bottom line, Marina Sol is a big YES, Evolve & this unit NO.

Just like the pictures but no safe to lock up your valuables!

We have stayed at Marina Sol multiple times in different condos. You cant beat the location of Marina Sol. This condo was ideal because it is on the ground level. The condo looks just like the pictures but could use a deep cleaning and the bedding and towels are showing their age. Be advised that THERE IS NO SAFE in this unit!

Great property, Great location

We had a wonderful stay at Marina Sol. The resort was located in the perfect spot near everything - the beach, the marina, and walking distance to downtown. The suite itself was quite large including a whole living room area which made it nice so we could spread out and not feel on top of each other. The best part was there was a water cooler of filtered water in the kitchen so we drank a lot of purified water and were able to use it to brush our teeth. Additionally, the staff was very kind and genuinely cared about us. We were always greeted in a friendly manner, and if we needed anything, they were there. I’d stay again the next time I’m in Cabo!

A quiet oasis in the heart of Cabo San Lucas

Lovely central location in Cabo San Lucas but also very quiet and safe. Close to Medano beach and the marina area so lots to do within walking distance but also a great place to spend the day poolside. Unit is comfortable and clean; no issues at at. Ground floor access to pool area is great. Private bbq a bonus.

Great location

The location was excellent. It was about 5 minutes to the beach and about 5 minutes to the marina where we spent a lot of our time. It would have been nice to have better tv channels as it looked like antena. Overall it was great.

First time to Cabo!

So pleased with the location and how well the grounds were kept. Walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. Security and front desk was friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub. Condo had what we needed except a hair dryer. Contact didn’t get back to me on that. Unable to use patio due to noise of air conditioning unit. Plenty of lounging area on grounds near the pool. Will return!

Perfect location, well maintained grounds!

This spot was perfect. Close to everything but far enough that you can still sleep before 3AM :). Bit of an older unit but cute. Had everything we needed. No sun on the patio for those sun dwellers out there, but the lounge chairs and the pool are so close it didn’t matter much. The bed was quite comfortable but not all pillows had pillowcases which was a bit weird. So many cute restaurants close we never felt far from the action or a nice romantic dinner!
