What an amazing stay!! Our days started with a coffee by the pool overlooking the marina and ended on the balcony people watching at sunset. Considering the fact we were in the heart of Cabo and all the nightlife, the bedrooms were remarkably quiet. We loved this place, Hugo was very engaged throughout offering recommendations on restaurants and activities. Thank you for everything, we will be coming back next year!!

The location was perfect. The condo was exactly like the pictures. Our host (Hugo) did his job perfectly. He was a joy to deal with. We knew there would be noise from the bar below and there was, but it was ok. We would definitely return!!!

The host was wonderful responsive to messages answering and helping with questions important to our travel. The 2 bedroom is absolutely lovely! Very comfortable, welcoming and an incredible location on the Marina! The only blip is the loud music every night from the Hard Rock Cafe blasting their music until 1-2am. All considered, I highly recommend staying at this hosts exceptional view, cozey and extremely well located Condo!

Wonderful comfortable property, although, there was a leak after a big rain shower. Water standin in master bedroom. We cleaned it up and think we located the leak and marked it with stacked towels. Property manager was notified immediately upon discovery.We plan to be a repeat customer at this property.

We had a great time. Love the location in the Marina. The condo was perfect!. Close to everything you would want. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats out in the morning and come back in with their catch. You have many choices of restaurants close to the beach. A lot of places to shop.

The owner and manager have spent a great deal of $ and labor upgrading this apartment to mitigate an extremely loud club 2 floors below. It is apparent the music is muffled but still present beginning early evening and continuing into the morning. Really loud on the weekends, not so bad other times but still noticable. The provided hearing protection was very helpful and the master bed mattress is VERY comfortable in my opinion. I did not loose sleep on any night of a ten day stay. There is also a lack of functioning electrical outlets, not totally devoid just inconvenient. Large TVs in every room and they stream very well. Hugo is an exceptional manager as he was available to help from the time I made the reservation, arranged transportation, welcoming us at the property and at checkout. Overall the property is older but clean and well maintained. Oh, I forgot the apartment style washer/dryer. Very convenient. Well stocked kitchen and the balcony view is incredible.

A delightful condo

We just returned from Spring Break 2025 (!) in Cabo. The condo is as described, lovely and spacious. Hugo, the concierge, was incredibly helpful, arranging a driver for us too/from the airport and making sure we got groceries, etc. He offered tips on beaches and how to book a fishing charter if we'd like. The one thing that was a little different than the other reviews was that the nightclub down below was absolutely blaring music until 3 a.m. each day. Perhaps this was because of spring break. Most nights, we just joined 'em until 1 a.m. or so, but couldn't really last until 3 a.m. The earplugs were helpful, but you could still feel the bass in your sternum. :-). That said, the back bedroom is much quieter than the front bedroom. (Too bad we gave it to our teenager. Ha!)Again, we LOVED this condo other than the late night noise. Other than that, the condo was incredibly quiet from 3:01 a.m. until about 9:30 p.m. The balcony offers great people watching and scenery.

Most Amazing Vacation!!

We had a wonderful stay in Cabo and a lot of it had to do with our accommodations which were top notch! The condo was beautiful, location perfect and we were able to walk to any place we wanted to go.Only minor downside for some might be the music as others have noted, but that really didn't affect us at all.Plan to stay here again!

Great location

Location was awesome. Within walking distance to everything around the marina and short walk to Médano Beach. Close to Walmart and the mall. The noise that some reviewers speak of didn’t bother any of us. Concierge was just a phone text/call away. Furnishings were perfect. Place was very clean. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! We’ve been coming to Cabo for 15 years and this is one of our favorite places to stay!

Such a beautiful place! Everything you need for a great vacation! Host and Hugo were wonderful and will book again! Can be a little loud at night but ear plugs are provided and enough tequila you won’t notice! Seriously our best condo so far! 9th time in Cabo and well worth it!!!

Best location at the marina

The property was awesome-very clean and had everything we needed. Hugo was very helpful with anything we needed-he was fantastic. Great location if you want to be at the marina-we loved it there. Many things to do and ate at many of the local restaurants. It was within walking distance of everything.

Girls Trip

Condo was beautiful. Right on the Marina and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We could get a water taxi and go to the beach! The Condo was awesome!! One downfall was the loud music but they provide ear plugs to help you sleep and during the week it ends at 12 am. Great time! Fantastic Girls Trip. Utilize Carlos to pick you up at the airport and bring you back he was great!

Amazing!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! My husband and I and another couple went to celebrate the husbands' birthdays. We used the transportation recommended by Vince (the owner) to pick us up from the airport. It was perfect. Right when we exited the airport, there was our driver with a welcome sign. On the way to the condo, he stopped at a grocery store for us. Upon arrival, Hugo immediately welcomed us and had all of our groceries and luggage carried up for us. Check in was great, no paper signing, no need to enter the office. Hugo just gave us a quick tour and we headed straight to the room. In the condo, there was waiting for us a tower of guacamole and freshly made chips. So good!! The condo was clean, the balcony is perfectly sized for 4 adults, and the two bedrooms are separate, each having its own private bathroom. Very convenient as we travelled with another couple. The location is walking distance to a grocery store, the beach, cantinas, and shopping. In the second bedroom there are 4 tommy bahama beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a cooler. We used all of it when we went to the beach. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo which allowed us not to pack so much because we knew we could wash our clothes. We stayed for 8 days and enjoyed every moment. I would definitely stay at this very location again if we decide to visit Cabo in the future.

Amazing condo right on the marina.

Loved it. Had never been to this condo so we only booked the condo for 5 nights. We were moving to our favorite hotel on the marina for our last 5 nights. The condo was so amazing we emailed the owner to ask if there was anyone coming in after us for the next 5 nights and if not,could we stay. He allowed us to stay and we canceled our reservation at the hotel. The condo is very nice. Well stocked and furnished with everything in excellent condition. My favorite thing in Cabo is the marina. It would be hard to beat the location anywhere on the marina. Has a patio that we spent quite a bit of time on watching the marina and boardwalk. We had read about the noise and are used to staying on the marina so we were not to concerned. There is definitely music playing around you at night but this was actually the quietest rooms we have had on the marina. They have done a great job with the soundproofing. The nights they had music with heavy bass we could feel it in the front room but not the back room. I wish I didn't feel like I had to leave a good review because I would really like to keep this as our secret. Vince the owner was the best and Hugo the host was there for anything you would need. Make sure you have contacted Hugo in advance of your arrival. I did not and evidently had an issue with my phone. Hugo had called me 6 times the day of arrival and I missed all of his calls. It all worked out and it impressed me with Hugo's persistence to make sure we got in ok. Thank you.
