Lovely, clean, comfortable condo with a very large deck with a soaking tub and view to die for. Very secure and quiet place within walking distance to downtown cabo san lucas and marina.

Our family went to Cabo for Christmas. The condo was a great location to walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown as well as the marina district. Everything was within 15 minutes of the condo. Excellent pool and views of the town. Highly recommended.

Amazing views! The sunrise was absolutely amazing! The villa was described perfectly on VRBO. It's fantastic! I agree with others that there is construction down below the complex with a jackhammer truck going at it a large portion of every day, and even closing the doors won't drown it out. Looks like their project is going to be a while? There is plenty of noise pollution coming from trucks, buses, etc., from the city down below. This wasn't a big deal for us because we were on the move during the day. Early mornings and evenings were calm and quieter, great for sitting in the private soaking pool after a long/hot day of fun! Things we recommend: Use the grocery service (Prickly Pear) to stock up the fridge before you arrive, use Uber – easy and cheap (walking in Cabo can be challenging), and go on John More's taco tour – excellent!, "The Office" is great for breakfast – get the 1/2 pineapple fruit bowl. We would absolutely recommend this property and look forward to coming back! Hope the construction stops soon! Cheers!

Great place and wonderful vacation with family/teens. Hosts were very communicative and helpful with everything. Location was fantastic, views were beautiful, unit was clean and well furnished. We would definitely return!

Unfortunately while we were there we were dodging storms. However, the condo was beautiful and the view was beautiful.My only complaint, which the owner obviously has no control over, is the construction going on right below the condo.

Great views and a nice place in the Heart of Cabo San Lucas. Although the description of the condo advertised an on site restaurant we were never told that it was closed. We went shopping but purchased just the minimum thinking we would try out the onsite food. The communication with the owner Jeff was better than their onsite people who never really replied since we didn't have what's app. We always enjoy staying in Cabo. Also no one mentioned the construction going on below the property and had to listen to an Excavator Jack hammering all day long. The pictures are accurate, and the condo is very nice but no communication as to two important issue's, the construction and No onsite resturant.

Walking distance to the marina

It was a nice condo. I had to clean the condo a little bit upon arrival. Great location near the marina, walking distance to downtown if you could walk more than a mile there and back, you’ll be fine without taking Ubers.

Amazing location and place!

Beautiful property in the heart of CSL. Gave us great access to everything we wanted to do (diving, great restaurants, Marina activities). Property manager was amazing and accommodating. Only note is make sure that guitar gets some truss rod care. ;) Would definitely stay here again! Thanks, all!

PERFECT LOCATION!!!

WOW! We just stayed the weekend for an anniversary present to ourselves but we're already planning next year to stay longer! We didn't get groceries so eating out added up. There were a lot of choices walkable. 10 out of 10 stars!!!

25th Anniversary Trip With Our Sons

Perfect setting and location on the Pedegral Mountain side. The condo was fantastic and we adored our view daily, especially after dark with the lights and almost nightly fireworks! Nothing negative to say here. All was top-notch and when we all talked about our trip on the way home the condo, pool and views was our favorite part of Cabo. Upon arrival, we had fresh margaritas, guacomole, pico de gallo and chips. Perfect way to start vacation! Stefani was wonderful and The Doyle's are the best. Thank you! Muy Bueno.

Luxury condo walking distance from the marina

This condo was exceptionally comfortable, especially for a Cabo adventure with my wife and 2 y.o. daughter. The kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom were all luxurious. It was amazing to have laundry, security and Stef the concierge. The short walk into town was a huge plus, but there are stairs involved. We couldn't figure out how to turn on jets for the dunk pool, there wasn't a jacuzzi, and there were dozens of womens' shoes left in the master bedroom closet and under the bed, but my rating is "A." I hope to come back soon. Thanks Doyle family.

Beautiful condo

The Doyle's made everything so easy. The condo is beautiful and the complex is built into the rock wall. Location is perfect if you want close to town. Yes, there are a few stairs and a bit of an incline but we can all use a little exercise and this isn't a race. We basically just used the condo to sleep but it looked like they had just about everything that you would in your own home. Get up early to watch the sunrise. The private pool is great but I was the only one in the big pool all week. Very quiet too. Go to Stephanie's and Antonio's bar, she's very energetic and informative. Many great restaurants to walk to but you should go to the Green Room in Todos Santos for dinner and drinks on the beach. A few restaurants we went to several times. Chubby Noodle, Mama's for breakfast, Jacks Place for a cheaper breakfast, Mi Casa, Hacienda Resort. Monkey something for drinks. Cabo Wabo had the absolutely worst margarita but the house band was good. Friday night fir Mother's Day they had an art walk and entertainment at the square. 10 stars for the condo. Would definitely recommend to everyone

Best Place to Stay in Cabo San Lucas

Between your beautiful condo, incredible view, fabulous concierge service and great location, we could not have asked for a better place to stay in Cabo San Lucas. Stefani and Tony saw to our every need. They are a wonderful team and they every bit as good as you said they were. Our transportation needs were secured with comforting, timely communications, and flawless pick/delivery. They helped arrange our grocery needs from the Prickly Pear so our groceries were awaiting our arrival. They met us at the condo when we arrived which they had already opened it up and went over every detail of the condo. They were very patient and answered all of our questions about touring downtown Cabo. Mario provided us punctual round trips to San Jose and Todos Santos. On Sunday, we had nine people from the wedding party come down from the Cabo Surf Club Hotel, and eat lunch with us at Tiki Bar at the Marina. They came up afterwards, and marveled at your condo, swimming pool and the view of downtown. They all said that they felt couped up in in hotel grounds and wondered at the freedom we had to just walk into town. We can’t say enough about your attention to detail. We lived by the 7-page restaurant guide and ate at the The Office, Panache, and Tiki Bar at the Marina. Jeff’s one pager for his recommended trip to Todos Santos was invaluable. We will certainly check to see if your condo is available for our next trip to Cabos San Lucas.
