Location, location, location! If you are willing to give a little on the aesthetics/details, this is a great option - a great deal for the location. It boasts a beautiful view of the pool and beach, and is walkable to many restaurants and shops around the marina. The condo itself could use some updating - cabinets, doors, countertops, etc are not in the best shape. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Both of the A/C units had issues - the one in the main living area was dripping water, and the one in the bedroom was very loud so we didn't end up running it at night. We contacted the owner, and it sounds like this is not a new issue. Some of the little details should have been taken care of by housekeeping - multiple light bulbs in the bathroom and bedroom were out - we found light bulbs and had to get a ladder out of the closet to change the bulb in the bedroom in order to be able to see! Also be aware that there is a 19.50/night resort charge, that I think should be noted in the listing. But compared to the cost for other units in the resort, we were willing to put up with some of the minor inconveniences. Such a beautiful resort, and we saw multiple whales off of our beach! (Also if you want a very good and affordable spot to eat, try Sancho's at the Marina!)

Tranquil oasis

I didn’t realize how great this location was until after we had been there a few days. It is in a great central location but is hidden away so you feel like you are on a private beach. Very low key vibes, perfect for anyone who wants a beautiful quiet spot. The two pools were lovely. Our balcony had a view of the ocean, and we could hear the waves crashing. I would stay here again.

It was our first time staying on the Pacific side of Cabo. I thought I would miss swimming at Mandano Beach, but the peace and quiet at Teresol and the uncrowded pools were wonderful. The “locals’ beach” was less than a ten minute walk. We found the locals at the beach all very friendly and there weren’t any pushy vendors. We enjoyed homemade empanadas and fresh mango from the few vendors that were there. You can also rent an umbrella for $10. The water is also calmer than at Mandano and we were able to safely walk and swim all the way to Pelican Rock. The marina was a close walk from the unit and we felt very safe walking there and back even at night. We purchased a “Cabo Pasport,” which provided “two for one” on the two boat trips we took and at a number of restaurants located on the marina. We are spending our second week in Cabo at Pueblo Bonito rosé. We really miss the tranquility at Terrasol!

Great view - great value

This unit is great value. It’s all original decor and true to the photos but everything was in good working order. The bed was super comfy. The view of the ocean was lovely and Terrasol Beach Resort is a perfect location - walking distance to Marina, downtown and Medano Beach.

Wonderful Stay at Terrasol 257

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at a one bedroom unit at Terrasol. Great location and charming interior decor. All the comforts of home were made available to us. We barbecued on the patio, and enjoyed wonderful sunsets on it too. Great location to walk to the Marina and surrounding areas, and return to the peace and tranquillity that is Terrasol. Can’t say enough about our experience! Would definitely stay there again (and again…..).😊

Very nice property

We stayed at Matthew’s property for 4 nights and we were very pleased with it. It was clean and had a very comfortable bed. It was also within walking distance of the marina and downtown. It is also very easy to get an Uber from there. The cafe and pool were very nice also.

Wonderful condo!

We had a fantastic trip here. This was our third trip at the same location - different properties - and Matt's place was our favorite. Fantastic location, super clean, everything worked beautifully. We absolutely loved our stay and will try to come back to Matt's home the next time we are there. The questions we had were responded to very quickly and we were very grateful for the wonderful service! Five stars

This was my partner and I's first time in Cabo and I was pleasantly surprised by my choice of Terrasol. We had the best of both worlds, as Terrasol was both a relaxing retreat- as the noise of the party that is Cabo is blocked by the other building and the hills- and if we wanted to party, we just had to walk to town! (It is about a 15-20 minute walk to town each way. We earned our guacamole and cervezas!) Both pools were awesome, especially the one with tile lane lines embedded in the bottom. Bring goggles if you like swimming laps like I do! (I found a pair with a little life left in the bedroom along with some snorkel gear.) The restaurant at the other pool is great as is the service from Rogellio and Dora. Pretty nice to have a swim up palapa bar with decent prices. This pool got a little busier whereas we had the whole thing to ourselves in the big pool most of the time. The unit has a full kitchen and washer and dryer which was an added bonus. Keep your food in the fridge and tie the trash bags when not in use, as little ants show up out of nowhere. To be expected in this climate. Easy beach access on the Pacific side (no swimming due to dangerous currents) and the locals beach near the ruins of the old tuna cannery that were great for swimming. I would definitley stay here again, and hopefully I get the chance to again someday!

We have stayed at a number of units in Terrasol. This one is a good value for the money. It isn’t the fanciest but it has everything you need for a beach vacation and is priced right. Communication with the property manager was notably good.
