  • Bienvenido a su casa de vacaciones frente al mar en Cabo .....

    Este condominio está ubicado en Terrasol Beach Resort en la playa de Solmar, uno de los lugares favoritos de Cabos para observar los hermosos amaneceres y atardeceres.
    Con muchas mejoras hermosas, este condominio está garantizado para verificar todas sus necesidades de vacaciones. Tiene dos dormitorios y 2 baños, así como 2 grandes terrazas abiertas con impresionantes vistas al océano.

    La sala de estar principal está abierta, un excelente lugar para entretener a parejas o familias pequeñas. El espacio incluye un gran sofá seccional, televisión inteligente con netflix y satélite. Al lado hay un amplio comedor con capacidad para 6 personas.

    La cocina es de concepto abierto y tiene todo lo que pueda necesitar ... y más.
    Refrigerador nuevo, con dispensador de hielo y agua.
    Nueva estufa eléctrica de tamaño completo con horno.
    Nuevo microondas.
    Nuevo lavavajillas.
    Encimeras de granito con mucho espacio, así como una isla móvil.
    Viene bien equipado con ollas y sartenes, cubiertos, cubiertos, vasos y algunas especias básicas para cocinar.

    Los dos patios tienen muchos asientos donde puedes disfrutar de un café por la mañana o una copa de vino por la noche ... las vistas proporcionarán un sinfín de experiencias turísticas. Hay muchos cruceros que pasan, así como también ballenas.

    Esta unidad es una unidad para no fumadores ... no se permite fumar dentro del condominio o en la terraza exterior.

    Todos los inquilinos están sujetos a una tarifa por noche y una tarifa de limpieza al final de su estadía. A nombre de Terrasol.

Beautiful spot, and home is so well taken care of. The Owners have really made sure that everything you may or may not need is there, right down to first aid kits and needle and thread My first time in Cabo and can't imagine staying anywhere else. You wake up immersed in vacation everyday. Brad and the office concierge could not be more accommodating!!

Of course we adored the water views and breezes. But also, this condo is well loved — beautifully furnished and decorated. Every item looks intentionally and thoughtfully curated. The development is well cared for by staff. It is an oasis but close to places you may want to visit like the marina. A pleasure.

This condo was exceptional!!! Million dollar views as soon as you walk in. The condo was so well stocked with everything from coffee to beach towels. Everything was very clean! The location is perfect. Right, on the beach, right by the pool, and a short walk to the marina. The drinks and food served at the swim up bar were phenomenal. Everything was beautiful and perfect. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Staff was so friendly!! Will definitely rent again!!

Amazing beachside Cabo condo

Truly amazing location, beachfront with pristine sunrise views and walks up and down the beach from our door. Easy walk to the marina, on site pools were fantastic. The rental manager, Brad, took care of arranging airport transportation including a food shopping stop on the way to the condo which set us up for the whole trip. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer!

Great location on the ocean

Friendly and attentive Staff, clean and well kept grounds, quiet, watch whales and sunsets from the patio, cool ocean breeze, close to the Marina, Restaurants and shopping. In summary, the Staff (Front Desk, Grounds Keepers, Maids and Security Guards) work hard to make this Resort feel like Paradise.

On the beach

Totally remodeled two bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor condo nothing but beach between you and the ocean. Great communication easy check-in ample parking, 2 swimming pools, snack bar, new washer and dryer, fully stocked. Love it and highly recommend.

Beach view

We had an awesome stay at the terrasol nice and quite place. The ocean view was beautiful and the food and drinks at the swim up bar were great and good pricing. Only down fall was how hot it was there but the room has an amazing ac kept the room nice n cold and the walk to and from the marina was uphill was a struggle with lil ones. Overall had a great time would stay at terrasol again

Well furnished oceanfront condo with great views of ocean, pool and Mount Solmar. Just steps from both pools and the restaurant. Newer high end appliances. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, flatware and sundry items. Was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen or on the balcony grill and just enjoy being there. In December and January you get to experience both sunrises and sunsets over the water on this safe, quiet and secluded beach. Short walk to Marina area for shopping or dining. Terrasol community has very beautiful architecture and staff are welcoming and very helpful! One of the best stays I have ever had!

Great location on the beach

This property is right on the sand on Solmar Beach. We have been annual visitors to Cabo for several years and always wondered about staying at Terrasol. Well we finally did it and it was really great. We'll be back next year.

This is truly a hidden 💎, Location for walking so doable (enjoyed our walks there, and taxed back after too much tequila 😅 you're right on the water, secluded, pool, bar, beach, just Beautiful, I enjoyed every single minute of my 50th bday there !!

Incredible location with exceptional views

I’d absolutely stay here again and again. Some say the property is older but I say it’s well established and newer places don’t give you “that view”. So well stocked with every amenity there. Walking distance to so much. Ubers easy to go eanywhere

Amazing Condo and Location

This condo has everything needed for a relaxing, great all around experience. Fully stocked with all the supplies needed for a sunny vacation. Clean, comfortable, and incredible views of the Pacific. The restaurant by the pool has great breakfast and lunch options as well. Friendly staff and we’ll definitely be coming back to stay in this unit. Highly recommend!!

Love Terrasol! Very relaxing stay in a wonderful condo. Everything you need is provided. Easy communication with property manager. Nice to have restaurant and two pools right out your front door. We will stay again!!

Fabulous condo with everything you can think of!

We loved staying at Terrasol. It is a beautiful condo with epic ocean front views, 2 balconies and 2 pools. The condo is well accommodated and really nothing is left out! Anything you need for your stay is there. The appliances are high end and the decor is tasteful. It’s about 8-10 min walk from Terrasol to the marina, but lots of hills on the way home. Highly recommend!

Loved every minute!

We stayed a week at this amazing property. Everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Dealing with Brad was very easy and he was very responsive to any request we had. The views from this condo were amazing. We fixed meals in and ate out. Great location - walkable to the marina area. Can’t say enough good about the location! The vibe at this place is very relaxed. Definitely not a party atmosphere, which is exactly what we were looking for. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

Nothing between you and the ocean except sand. Left the windows open at night to hear the waves crash against the beach(waves were huge). There was everything you could need in this modern recently remodeled unit. Short walk to the marina and town, return to your own private beach. We will be back.

Perfect location with gorgeous view!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The view was gorgeous from the condo and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The pool was right outside the condo and it was wonderful having the swim up bar and restaurant right there. Condo was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. We highly recommend fishing and having Solomon’s cook your catch and the once in a lifetime experience (for us atleast) of Rosa Negra!! We’ll be back in January when it’s cooler.

As described

Property was exactly as described. Everything was there that we needed. Location on beach front was perfect. Made a reservation through VRBO for a future stay & reservation was confirmed. Unfortunately, we were contacted by the property manager by phone & told to cancel our reservation because he had not updated the rental prices. Although we were disappointed, we canceled the reservation. May consider renting this property again due to location.
