The street is quiet even though it is near lots of fun restaurants and walking distance to Whole Foods. Parking spot was key to my happiness. Tia was incredibly responsive and very nice. Very comfortable and had everything I needed.

We stayed at this lovely home for 6 nights and really enjoyed it. The location couldn’t be better—just about a 10-minute walk to Venice Beach and Whole Foods, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops just a few minutes away. Despite being so close to everything, the street itself is quiet and peaceful.The house is charming and well-equipped, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay—coffee maker, kitchen essentials, and a cozy, well-decorated interior that makes it feel more home like.One unexpected bonus: Waymo, the driverless taxi service, operates in this area, which made getting around even easier.A couple of small things could be improved: a few light switches didn’t quite work, and it would’ve been nice to have a variety of pillow types.

The listing for this property is not accurate.

This property listing advertises three bedrooms and “an office” with a full bed. The office is in fact a detached garage with a functional garage door for one wall, no plumbing and more importantly NO BED. We had four adults, and only three beds. The owner explained that she would bring a twin roll away into the garage, but we wound up with a saggy air mattress in the living room because we did not want to stay in a detached garage with a garage door.

A week in Venice

We stayed for a week mid April, the house was perfect. Great location, had plenty of space, beds were comfy, house was clean, amazing back yard space and just steps away from a great section of Rose Ave with plenty to do. There was a whole foods just up the block and it was a super short walk down to the beach or a scooter up to Santa Monica. We would definitely stay again. The owner was always available if we needed anything or had any questions. I would definitely recommend this space.Matt S

Our family was displaced due tot he Palisades fire and Tia was an excellent host who offered us an extended stay and a lovely home. The location of the property is fantastic, the home is clean and eclectic in a thoughtful way. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location, walking distance to beach, many restaurants, shopping. Loved the house, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Really enjoyed lounging in the back garden with the water feature during the day and the gas fire at night. The host Tia was welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. Short drive to all the LA sights. Wish we had stayed longer!

Serene and Lovely

My stay at this house was amazing! Tia is very helpful and communicative. My family and I celebrated Christmas early and we were happily surprised to see a tree that matched the vibe of the house. The backyard is spacious and serene, and all the fireplaces just added to the coziness. I would stay here again! Also the location is right next to rose and you can walk to the beach and Abbott Kinney easily..

Thanksgiving 2024

We enjoyed a family Thanksgiving holiday in this beautiful space. We received a warm and inviting welcome. When we opened the door, holiday music was playing, there was soft lighting with candles glowing, fresh flowers and shortbread cookies on the table. It set the tone for our stay. The art throughout and decor create a visually beautiful setting. The home has everything you would need to be comfortable -a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for meals and lingering afterwards, spacious bedrooms, a comfy couch with a projection TV where you can binge watch any series, movies or football games. We did it all! Having access to music added so much to our stay. And books! So many interesting books! We did not use the fireplace, the backyard or work space but they are equally stunning. We did not want to leave the house! The location is close enough to walk to Whole Foods (10 mins) or the beach (8 mins). Even closer there is a local wine bar, coffee spots and happening restaurants. The home has a designated parking spot and parking on the street was never an issue. We felt safe during our stay. Best of all, the host wants you to be comfortable. She is readily available, encourages communication and will check to be sure you have what you need or want. Her attention to detail is what makes this a standout property and stay. We hope to be back someday.

Great, fun house with awesome backyard

Really a fun & fantastic home. Stayed here with my son (who lives in Venice) for 4 days. Really loved the location. Could walk to yummy breakfast, lunch & dinner restaurants. Beds were very comfy and the home is really cool. Awesome layout and lots of eclectic touches. Tia was very helpful & a really great host, easy to communicate with before & during our stay. Backyard was a favorite hangout spot during sunny days and also at night. Had fun watching the NCAA Women’s Finals on the big projector TV in living room!

It was okay. The house seemed like it was lived in by the owners (or someone renting) and just cleared out for our stay. These were clothes in the drawers and closets. It was a bit run down and not super clean. The contact person did bring over a safe to store our jewelry, valuables (as there wasn’t one in the house when we got there). The location was good, if you like Venice. It was over priced - I’ve stayed at better places for less. The pictures make it seem a lot cleaner and less cluttered. I travel a lot, so maybe I’m pickier than others… but compared to other places I’ve stayed it was just okay.

Trendy, Hip, and Perfect Location

We truly enjoyed our stay in Tania's home in Venice! The house was super cool, hip, and very clean. It had everything we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. A few blocks to the Venice Boardwalk and a 1/2 a block to some incredible restaurants made everything about our stay convenient, easy, and fun! Tania was fantastic to work with, and we will definitely stay in her home again when our travels take us to the Venice area.

Wonderful home in great location

We stayed in Tania’s home while visiting our daughter over thanksgiving. Tania was responsive and welcoming. The home has a beautiful yard with firepit and fountain that we really enjoyed. The space was comfortable for having thanksgiving dinner and playing board games and movie watching. The location is terrific with walkable dining options and to the beach. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Los Angeles.

Holiday Stay

This is an amazing home and a fantastic location in Venice! We loved being able to walk to so many amazing restaurants and through fun neighborhoods. The home has incredible amenities (great outdoor space with a fire pit, tons of books, weights and yoga mats, etc.) and I hope to stay here again soon! it's a 10/10!
