Horrible
La peor experiencia que e tenido, el hotel esta horrible, sucio, el cuarto tenia un olor horrible, las camas sucias y el baño no servia, si pueden evitar hospedarse en este hotel háganlo y se evitaran una mala experiencia.

El lugar carece de limpieza en general, los cuartos horriblemente descuidados y sucios; hicimos reclamo por la devolución de dinero y nos dijeron que no con muy mala actitud, en general, no tienen ningún punto a su favor y Honestamente No lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo.

A shame for LA hotel industry
Check-in took nearly 25 minutes for 2 rooms, everything done manually, like in the 70´s. The room smelt cigarette and the furniture in poor condition and very very old

Buen hotel para dormir pero puede mejorar
Las camas excelentes, la alfombra se apreciaba sucia, el área del desayuno puede estar más limpio, uno de los encargados ponía el paño para tostar con la mano, el otro si usaba pinzas. El día de check in llegué a la 1pm, aunque el check in era a las 3, creo que podían hacer el intento de verificar si ya había alguna habitación disponible, tuve que esperar hasta las tres

El hotel cumpllo con lo q necesitabamos , lugar limpio y comodo para llegar en la noche a cenar y dprmir ,despues de un dia d turismo . En un lugar seguro el pueblito de hacienda heights. En una ubicacion q nos permitio trasldarnos con facilidad a distintos lugares de los angeles, a malles.

It was a decent stay the rooms were clean but very outdated towel holders were hanging by a thread I was afraid to touch it because it would probably fall off. But the staff was great and very helpful.
