    Nestled in the heart of the city, The Woods offers a prime central location, making it easy to experience everything Los Angeles has to offer. Within a 10-minute drive, you can explore vibrant neighborhoods, iconic attractions, and even head toward the beach. With quick access to major freeways like the 10 and 405, endless adventures and exploration are just a short drive away.

    The Woods is more than just a place to stay; it's a destination where unforgettable memories are made, laughter echoes through the air, and relaxation takes center stage. Whether you're seeking a family getaway, a reunion with friends, or a tranquil retreat, this modern haven is ready to welcome you with open arms.

    Guest Access:
    You’ll have the entire house to yourself for the duration of your stay.

    The Neighborhood:
    You’ll be just a short drive from some of our favorite local spots. On weekends, the nearby farmer’s market offers fresh produce, farm-raised meats, and a variety of artisan goods. The Woods is only 20 minutes from the beach and conveniently located near major freeways, making it easy to explore LA and beyond with quick access to the 10 and 405.

    Getting Around:
    PARKING:
    There are 2 parking spaces available in the garage and ample parking on the street, please be cautious of any restrictions and posted signage in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.

    Other Things to Note:
    **IMPORTANT:**
    We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

    **PLEASE NOTE:**
    Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.

    FAMILY & PETS:
    We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.

    EXTRA GUESTS:
    Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $100/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.

    VENDORS:
    Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.

    PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

    RESPECT:
    There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. Sink into the sounds of the westside solitude, peaceful nights, and starry stars...

    CHERISH:
    Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.

    CLEANING:
    Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!

    PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
    If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!

    FIRE ZONE:
    Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.

    NO SMOKING:
    No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

    BACKYARD FENCING:
    While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. City critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.

    EV CHARGER:
    There is not an EV charger at the home, however, there is a Tesla Supercharger conveniently located near the corner of Washington Blvd and Inglewood Blvd just a short drive away. There are also multiple public EV charging stations around town, which allows charging for up to 2 hours per day.

    PARKING:
    There are 2 parking spaces available in the garage and ample parking on the street, please be cautious of any restrictions and posted signage in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.
