I am so sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. Your suite has views but not of the bay. We don’t have a bay, we have an ocean. The street numbers are on the house and we have never heard this comment before. The air conditioner was waiting for maintenance to fix the whole in window. We are an air bnb with many satisfied customers. I understand your position and wish you better luck

Thank you for your review. I guess you left out the part that I said “i had a medical procedure”and that is why I forgot. As far as the jacuzzi, things happen, yes it broke and was under repair. I have never gotten a refund when housekeeping forgot to leave something for me when i stayed at a five star hotel. I am sorry that you were not happy with the service. I am not the owner and apologized for my mistake.

I can’t fix things I don’t know about As for the jacuzzi, I am sorry that their was no signage that it was out of orderI hope that you give us another try as the summer approaches. Mark, I was taken back by your review#1 you stated that you booked suite A. I am sorry but all the emails sent to you list suite c#2 suite C is not in the basement. The house does not have a basement ,your suite was on ground floor#3 why wasn’t I contacted if you had no hot water, No guests complained about the issue #4 The suite has 2 sinks, however, they are very close to the “kitchen”#5 A brand new Calvin Klein rug was just put in the room. Sorry it wasn’t wall to wall. In addition We had 2 area rugs#6 We never spoke, so how would I know about the heat problem. Secondly, never would my reply be “we don’t have money for heat.!” Our business is hospitality. We want our guests to feel like our home is their home. We work really hard to ensure that all guests are satisfied ,so when we get a review like this, it hurts our business that we work so hard at If ever you want to come back, please contact me Mara and I will personally show you how great our hospitality is Stay safeMara
