La ubicación del hotel esta muy bien, puedes conseguir todo sin necesidad de manejar, es muy acogedor solo que me cobraron 10 dolares por dia para usar su parking y en el bar nunca avia quien atendiera

El hotel está sencillo, pero bien. Con lo típico de un business class. La habitación es muy amplia, en buen estado, la cama es muy cómoda, el personal es muy atento y quizá lo único que reprocharía es que los horarios del restaurante no son muy amplios. Un buen lugar para hacer base e ir todo el día de paseo. En la misma calle hay muchos negocios de comida, farmacias y tiendas, aunque normalmente fast food. Incluso a un par de calles hay una estación del tren que va al centro de Long Beach

This place is a hidden gem. The precheckin option made arriving painless and we were in the room within minutes. The shower in the room was amazing and the property was overall clean. Only drawback is the area is a little ghetto but not the hotel’s fault. Very happy with our stay

The motel is very unique. Pool area was cool. unfortunately we visited Palm Springs on a rare cold couple days . A short drive to town and easy to get around because you are right on the main road through Palm Springs.

I love all the colors and simple pleasures to make my stay more comfortable. There is an outdoor fire pit and some fun enlarged games for all to enjoy. The parking is easy and the entrance gates are only accessible with a room key.

Had a great experience easy check in and out front desk associate was really nice oh lets not forget the bartender he was amazing we didnt know the had a bar till we checked in an it just open up we will definitely be visiting again rooms very nice and clean .

Better than the big name hotels. The Cove Hotel, Long Beach, feels like an oasis. Modern, well-appointed, clean and staffed with some of the best people you'll find when you're away from home.

I liked the room a lot. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was awesome. I didn’t like that Saturday night loud music and talking from another room and outside. Fortunately I had earplugs and my friend was so tired that she conked out and slept like a rock.

I just went to your room #226 and just like all the rooms there is three recessed ceiling mounted lights, two nightstand reading lights, wand style desk lamp, and a floor lamp that is controlled both by a wall and a floor switch on the cord.Beautiful and well lit room.

Overall, I’d rate our stay here - average. The room was clean but the smell of cleaning chemicals was overwhelming, nauseating even. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear your neighbor’s conversations clear as day. The area surrounding the hotel was a little scary. I was afraid to leave our car in the parking lot overnight. I would not stay here again.

I booked my stay through expedia. It CLEARLY redirects you to the cove website to choose a room and rate. Upon arrival we noticed we were placed in the wrong room, a cheap room and not what we booked!Upon bringing it to the attention of the front desk we were met with attitude and told "well next time use your head and book directly with the cove. Zero customer service. Also the amount of mold in the bathroom was just mind blowing.

Hidden Jem. Do not judge a book by its cover. This is an amazing place. The staff, amenities, property and service are amazing. This isnour first time in SoCal. Any future visits requireing a stay will definitely be here at The Cove.

Staff is very friendly. Pictures never show the outside of the property. Inside is very clean and nice. The outside is completely different. Not a safe area. A bum aggressively knocked on my window while I was parking. I will say, I called and a staff member came out to escort me in. Not safe if you need to return to the hotel in the evening. Could not believe the outside of the hotel was so terrible. Very disappointed and I was stuck with a 2 night stay.

I have reviewed all of our photos and find we have showcased the exterior of the hotel significantly as in 2023 we did much mural work, full paint, woodwork, tilework.Homless is a problem... in California!
