Excellent location. The room was really noisy, you hear the steps from upstairs, the highway is 100 fts from the room. The bed was uncomfortable. They charge you for the parking. I didn't have any VIP benefits.

Muy conveniente ubicación, la habitación es cómoda y funcional, con la pandemia está muy reducido en servicios, hasta se dificulta la limpieza del cuarto, algunos empleados tienen poca disposición a ayudar, está un poco sucio y descuidado en detalles como las alfombras. We loved staying at The Anza. The property and hotel had charming and it smelled really good. The rooms were peaceful and spacious. When replacing toiletries in the room, staff would benefit from a checklist to be sure they have everything. Also, we loved the coffee and food place in the hotel and would have loved if it was open longer. We had a great stay and cannot wait to go back!

Vado al Anza da anni e ci torno sempre volentieri ma stavolta ho trovato l’hotel molto trascurato. Le aree comuni sporche così come l’ascensore che non ho trovato pulito una volta in 4 giorni. La stanza non ci è stata pulita anche se abbiamo lasciato il cartello fuori. Eravamo in 4 ma ogni giorno ci sono stati lasciati asciugamani per 3. Ail check-in è alle 16, eravamo lì alle 15.50 e’ stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagare per un saldi check-in. Le ho detto che nei 10 minuti avrebbe intanto putito inserire tutti i documenti . E per le 16 il check-in era fatto … mah mi chiedo se sia cambiata la proprietà e comunque di dispiace poiché la zona è comoda e l’hotel molto bello

Lots of stuff in room is broken or run down. The AC wasn’t working and window doesn’t open, so it was very stuffy. You have to pay $15 a night for parking. Staff is kind of hard to get a hold of as well. It’s next to shopping which is nice

I really enjoyed the spacious rooms. I did not appreciate the nightly parking fees, and especially only finding out about those extra fees after I arrived.

Great location! Walking distance to dining, coffeeshops, shops and grocery stores. Our room was clean but the highlight of our stay was the tall, jovial and very friendly cleaning guy. He made not just us, I heard him interact with other guests, very welcome. Sadly I forgot to ask his name

Could be a nice place.
The front desk was amazingly friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The cleanliness needs some work. There were some unmentionables stashed under the bathroom sink area apparently left by a previous customer, our room was near the front lobby and there was a radio of some sort that was playing all night long. At first I thought it might have been a bar down the street, but it was on well past closing time. Parking was only $15 a night which compared to other places seemed reasonable. It is also walking distance to several places to eat.
We have to go back next week and not sure if we will stay there again. We did let them know about the music and “presents” under the sink.

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work - I had it on full blast and the room got *hotter* over the course of three hours. I tried calling the front desk and was on hold for ten minutes and no one picked up. I couldn’t sleep either night due to the heat.
Additionally, the remote control for the tv wasn’t working. I couldn’t exit or return to menu or turn the volume down or even turn the tv off on the second night. I had to unplug the tv just to turn it off and go to sleep.
Vert disappointed in it. It looks nice and is well-furnished and designed but the substance is poor.
