    Step outside to multiple sun decks and a shaded pergola lounge with outdoor dining areas overlooking the hills. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for cocktails and conversation under the stars.

    Inside, the open-concept layout is filled with natural light from expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The designer chef's kitchen features a large central island, premium stainless-steel appliances, and generous prep space, making it ideal for both casual meals and group dinners.



    The home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms with hotel-quality linens and thoughtful finishes. Four spa-inspired bathrooms, including walk-in showers and a soaking tub, provide a luxurious stay. Select bedrooms also feature private balconies with scenic hillside views.



    Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central AC and heating, in-unit laundry, and a private garage. Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval.

    Guest Access:

    You'll have the entire home, all 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and private outdoor spaces — including multi-level decks and yard — exclusively to yourself for the full duration of your stay.



    CHECK-IN: Self check-in via smart lock. Detailed access instructions (keypad code and step-by-step entry guide) will be sent 24–48 hours prior to arrival.



    PARKING: 2 private parking spaces — 1 covered inside the garage, 1 uncovered in the driveway. Street parking is also available with no permit required. Please keep vehicles in designated spots to avoid fines or towing.



    OUTDOOR SPACES: The backyard, decks, pergola, and fire pit are all available for your use. Please review fire pit guidelines in the house rules.

    Situated on one of the Hollywood Hills' most desirable streets, this home offers easy access to both West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. The Sunset Strip, known for its restaurants, rooftop bars, live music venues, and nightlife, is just five minutes away. Rodeo Drive, Melrose Avenue, and Beverly Hills are all within a short drive.



    Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Runyon Canyon Park, offering some of LA's most iconic hiking trails and city views. The Griffith Observatory, Hollywood Sign, LA Zoo, Los Feliz, and Silver Lake are also nearby.

    Despite its private hillside setting, the home provides convenient freeway access and is easily reachable from both LAX and Hollywood Burbank Airport.

    Getting Around:

    PARKING:

    There are two parking spaces available on the property:

    1 space inside the garage (covered)

    1 space outside the garage (uncovered)



    Street parking is also available, and no permit is required.

    HOUSE RULES:

    1. Guests must complete third-party verification process and submit a copy of their identification to match at check-in.

    2. No gatherings/events without prior written approval.

    3. No pets without prior written approval.

    4. Respect the property and the neighbors!

    5. County of Los Angeles Ordinances & Regulations.



    IMPORTANT:

    We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.



    PLEASE NOTE:

    Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.



    FAMILY & PETS:

    We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 per pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins. Please see our House Rules for more information.



    EXTRA GUESTS:

    Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $100/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.



    VENDORS:

    Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Garbage pickup is scheduled for Thursday mornings — please ensure bins are accessible. Landscaping and gardening service is on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.



    PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS!

    We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County's Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.



    RESPECT:

    There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm.



    CHERISH:

    Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.



    CLEANING:

    Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren't able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!



    PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:

    If you're interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!



    WILDLIFE:

    You're surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and other canyon critters. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.



    FIRE ZONE:

    Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.



    NO SMOKING:

    No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.



    FIRE PIT:

    The property features a fire pit for guest enjoyment. Please use it responsibly and never leave it unattended. Ensure it is fully extinguished before going inside or retiring for the evening. Do not use the fire pit during high wind conditions or Red Flag warnings.



    PARKING:

    There are 2 parking spots available on premise: 1 covered space inside the garage and 1 uncovered space in the driveway. Street parking is also available — no permit is required. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We're a professional hosting team available 24/7 to make your stay exceptional. We communicate primarily through the platform and typically respond within minutes. We respect your privacy and give you full space to enjoy the property — we're here if you need us, and out of your way when you don't.
