They has no coffee maker, no microwave, no ice machine on the property, and no soap or shampoo in the dispensers.

Sorry of your inconvenience when you my room no soap and shampoo I give you write way. Also Expedia we don't offer microwave. Also no ice machine. So next time you book a room you have to read first and book a room. So don't complain. Its your fault you don't read just book a room.

Never Again
The room had dust and cobwebs in the corners. The ironing board was stained and looked disgusting. The shower head and the drain was disgusting, I had to clean them myself. One of our washcloths had black spots and brown spots on it and our towels were stained. The cover on the bed had stains all over it. The walls had a dead bug on it and stains. The wifi was terrible and only lasted for 24 hours. The walls were super thin, we heard everything our neighbors were doing. The parking lot is a one way in, one way out setup and makes for a dangerous situation if traffic is steady. There weren’t enough space in the parking lot for guests, some had to use makeshift parking spots. The woman who checked me in was pretty rude but the other woman who checked me out was much more kind. It is located in a convenient area…there are so many great restaurants nearby and accessible! You can walk to all of them, even the grocery store across the street. Overall, I would never stay at this motel again.

If you find too many issues on a room. Why you did not tell in a front office. You posting false reviews. Did you see our online reviews we did not have any kind of issues you mention.

My stay
It was a one night stay, everything was ok minus a couple of things I did not find very pleasant,(found hairs under the covers, and the bed itself was not very soft) Other than that, everything was great. Loved the shower..

The room was not sanitized, is a potential COVID hotspot and there is no housekeeping at all. We had a terrible experience at this motel. The room appeared ok at first, but then we saw that one of the pillow covers was dirty and the second pillow had no cover. The bed sheet smelled,and there was hair on the bed. It got worse as we saw hair in the shower and in the sink. This place was not sanitized, at all. There wasn't even a fresh toilet roll in the bathroom. We didn't want to take any chance with COVID, so we left that night without sleeping in the dirty room.

He wanted to see the ID of my boyfriend who was staying with me and wouldn’t give me the room. So at first I was greeted by a woman who didn’t speak English then came her son I believe and wanted my boyfriends ID. I showed him mine and when I called my boyfriend over he said no that’s okay I need the name of everyone whose staying in the room. Like what the heck? It was just my bf and myself. And when my bf saw that they were being weird they changed their mind. I was so confused.

.is clean and well maintained. it will be nice to have the option to get a microwave as the room do not have one but other than that I feel the place and rooms are nice.

Needs upgrade!!
Room was not up to par. Towels were all dirty. The top bed sheet had wholes and there was a fly inside of the room!!

Pillow case had a stain. From the website, I was hoping to see the LED strip lighting around the ceiling, but no luck. Overall, surprisingly great stay for a motel.

The property itself was decent. The refrigerator was cold and there was a coffee pot in the room. However after checking the bed we saw the sheets had not been changed. There was a hair and stains on the sheets. The best the office could do was give a new set of sheets because there were no other rooms available. One of these sheets also had a stain on that so it was not used. Wish they put more effort into properly cleaning the room for the money they charge to stay there

Sorry for your inconvenience . Sheets we not wash in Motel. We Rent out side. IN side the room I under stand hair and stains. I will give you new sheets. Also did you read the reviews our motel. We don't get that kind of complain.

It was ok, walls are to thin, windows dont keep outside noise out, you can hear guest in next room, I would find another motel to stay at.

Dear Guest I apologize for not meeting up to your standards. Our goal here is to make everyone feel safe and have a great sleep experience and clearly we did not acheive this.This not over control for out side road traffic noice. Also we are not in construction Business to make the wall to not hear noice guest next room.If you have any other problem we can try to fix it.

Good Points...the management was very friendly, helpful and nice...they would do anything to make your stay great, the shower was amazing!...bad points...bed was hard as a rock, 2 flat hard pillows and the room is next to a busy and LOUD road.

This hotel is nicer in person than pictured online. It's small with maybe about 15-20 rooms with parking being an issue because its a small area. But the rooms are really nice. It looks newly renovated and resembles more a studio apartment than a hotel. The floors are tile instead of carpet so be prepared for that. It's probably easier to clean up afterwards but it was a little difficult for my toddler who's learning how to walk to move around in. Its adjacent to In n Out and near the Stonewood Mall so plenty of amenities nearby. I gave 4 stars because the trash cans looked like they haven't been cleaned. The trash bag that was in the can was clean but under that, the physical trash cans were dirty. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Needs some work...
I did not have a good stay. I had to have the tv remote changed 3 times, no iron was provided in the room had to ask the front desk. No lamps in the room, had to have all or nothing with 4 recessed lights in the ceiling. Shower head is broken, shoots water out the side that hit the side of the bathroom wall. Towels were old and felt like cardboard. Road noise is very loud and can be heard in the room. Motel needs a lot of work. On the plus side there is a In-N-Out right next door.

Got Rude Customer Serivce From One Of The Male Employees There , A Older Gentleman When I Informed Them The Heater Was Not Working Inside The Room And Its Was Already 1am And He Had Been In My Room Trying To Fix It For 20 Mins , However Once I Got Another Employee Invovled They Ended Up Switching The Room With A "Working" Heater , Rooms Were Very Nice , Beautiful Bathrooms , And Great Prices Overall Nice Stay
