The Space:

Welcome to Casa Soleada. A private, sunshine-filled retreat in the heart of Los Angeles. This home is perfect for a mid- or long-term stay filled with style, comfort, and convenience.



This gorgeous completely renovated home features premium amenities, a rich color palette and vibrant art. Relax in the comfort of 3 bedrooms, featuring king, queen, and two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium stainless-steel appliances, including a Whirlpool refrigerator and freezer, a Bosch dishwasher, and a Thor 6-burner stove top. Dine in the stunning dining room, with seating for 6 or enjoy the patio for alfresco meals. Take advantage of the dedicated office with desk & chair, enjoy reading your favorite book in the library or entertain yourself with three LG Smart TVs featuring 55" and two 45" screens, respectively. You'll find an LG washer and dryer available for your convenience. The property is private and centrally located and you will have dedicated driveway parking. There is also plenty of free street parking available. Unwind in the backyard and enjoy outdoor dining and seating options.



Located in a peaceful and walkable neighborhood, this house is conveniently situated near Cedars-Sinai, Runyon Canyon, the Hollywood Bowl, and the Greek Theatre. Guest Access:

The entire house, except for the back unit and locked owner closet, are available for your use.



The Neighborhood:

The home is in the Mid-Wilshire neighborhood of Los Angeles. This area is known for its prominent museums, among them the renowned Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and close by La Brea Tar Pits and its fossils. Constructed by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, is devoted to the history, science, and cultural impact of the film industry. It is the first large-scale museum of its kind in the United States. Also nearby is the sleek Peterson Automotive Museum for lovers of cars & design.



Boutique shopping and yummy food are in close proximity, with the diverse cuisine of the Little Ethiopia stretch on Fairfax Avenue or Pico Boulevard with its taquerias and soul-food cafes moments away. Beverly Hills, the Original Farmer's Market, Hollywood, and West Hollywood are a short 15 minute drive.

• All guests will be asked to complete their registration with an online check-in form and ID verification via the Guesty app. This is to ensure a safe stay for all guests and is required for property access.

• The cleaning fee of $650 is included in reservation total. This is for 1 mid-stay and 1 checkout cleaning. Additional months require bi-weekly cleanings and guest will be billed for the additional cleanings directly.

• We welcome well-behaved pups for an additional fee.

• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)

• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.

• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest will be processed through the Resolution Center for payment.
