The location was acceptable; however, the apartment's cleanliness was significantly lacking. There was hair present on the dining table, in the sinks, and on the shower walls.
Both the kitchen and bathroom sinks had not been properly cleaned. The carpets also showed signs of neglect, as they had not been vacuumed. Furthermore, only half a roll of toilet paper and half a roll of paper towels were supplied.
The duvet on the bed had a noticeable stain, and each guest was provided with only one bath towel, which appeared quite worn. Most notably, the mattress was uncomfortable, and there was no additional blanket available. Overall, I found the experience disappointing and am unlikely to use VRBO in the future.
