Venía de una convención y decidí este hotel pues me dijeron q tenía el mejor bar en Beverly Hills y para mi sorpresa lo usaron para un evento privado Me tuve q ir a 3 calles a un lugar pero no lo disfruté quiera estar relajado en mi hotel y no lo puede hacer. Créanme q voy hablar de mi mala experiencia y no regresare mas ci. Uds.

PERFECT stay
The Sofitel stay was perfect. Smooth check in. I requested a quite room and I got it. The curtains are pitch black blackout. The bed was really comfortable. They helped me with about 15 packages I had delivered to the hotel and I got them all immediately in my room. All the staff was friendly, and the restaurant / bar below had great live jazz music. Thanks Sofitel LA!

Buen hotel, bien ubicado con tarifas un poco altas
Mi estancia en general fue buena, muy bien ubicado el hotel, sin embargo tuve mala suerte porque me tocó una habitación que al parecer estaba cerca o contigua a alguna área de limpieza/mantenimiento porque escuchaba muchos portazos y ruidos fuertes durante la mañana y tarde.

La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones muy confortables. decepcionado de que no informaran el cobro diario de 55 dólares por el uso del valet parking; al menos deberían informarlo para que el cliente decida si uno mismo se estaciona o se lo deja al valet en la entrada del hotel. Porque cuando se llega a la entrada, tampoco dan opción a estacionar uno mismo el automóvil o en todo caso informar que el uso del estacionamiento del hotel, tiene costo.

We are nonetheless very sorry to know that you were displeased with the value of our Valet Parking facilities. Our valet service is handled by an external company, and although the city has imposed an minimum wage increase on all hotel service related jobs which impact our valet rates, we feel that our rates reflect the average Beverly Hills / West Hollywood rates and they are on par with our nearby competitors as well. NO servicios Restaurante, Bar y muy ruidoso
“Hotel de lujo” sin servicios de restaurante, bar. NO descansas pues hacen fiestas en pleno COVID con música que se escucha hasta el piso 9. Fuimos de vacaciones con nuestros hijos, buscando la comodidad y descanso en familia. Llegamos a cenar a las 6.00 pm y el restaurante estaba cerrado porque tenían un evento privado. No había opción de cenar allí, tuvimos que salir nuevamente a buscar a los alrededores donde cenar con los niños. Regresamos y al querer disfrutar un rato juntos Mi esposo y yo en el bar nos confirmaron que este también estaba cerrado por el evento Privado. Nuestra habitación en el Piso 9 con ventanas cerradas se escuchaba fuerte la música sin poder dar oportunidad de descansar y conciliar el Sueño. En tiempos de COVID, haciendo fiestas crees que a media noche limpiaron profundamente, desinfectaron y ventilaron lo suficiente el Lugar para ofrecer el desayuno al día siguiente? El hotel está perdiendo su razón de ser al no garantizar el Uso de las instalaciones a los huéspedes, el “lujo” que dice ofrecer y la tranquilidad de poder descansar. Ojalá hagan algo para que futuros huéspedes no arruinen sus vacaciones.
