Unfortunately we are forced to leave a negative for this property. We were deeply disappointed by how difficult it was to communicate with the “host”. Through the app we communicated with someone labeled “Sales”, another person who called us, and a different person texted with us, and then sent the numbers of 2 other people we were to contact. We never got a hold of said people during the entirety of our stay. We never even learned who the hosts were or their name. We booked this property specifically depending on using the laundry facility, gym, and pool. Since there were no maps or any directions provided in the apartment or online, and no one answering messages, calls, or texts, it took 2 days to find the pool and gym - this came from directions via text that were poorly written and difficult to understand. We never found the laundry. The property was overwhelmingly musty. The shower curtain was covered in mold. All of the towels are extremely old and dry and smell like they have been used for years - bedding and sheets too. The window blinds broke off. The screen door fell off the hinges. The light switches flicker. The hot water doesn’t work in the kitchen.I see that I’m the first to review the property. I would advise any travelers to be cautious UNTIL the hosts have made proper adjustments to the property to make it live up to Vrbo standards, and for them to make themselves available for their guests and all their needs during their trip.
