The very first room that was given to us was well located but it only had one bed and we had book a two bed room. The second one was on the far corner of the property, in a windy area

El hotel es súper cómodo. Son apartamentos independientes con sala/comedor, cocina. Cable y WiFi La ubicación perfecta. Centro comercial, playa, restaurantes. El servicio excelente, desayuno incluido. Lo recomiendo y prometo hospedarme la próxima vez que viaje a California.

Todod bien , excepto que querian cobrar parking , pero respetarons las condiciones de la reserva realizada con anterioridad al cambio de criterio. 2 cosas a mejorar: -La nevera hace demasiado ruido - Se oye demasiado el equipo exterior del arire acondicionado

Trato muy amable, desayuno y estacionamiento incluido que es muy conveniente. La cama no es muy cómoda, pero fuera de eso todas las instalaciones funcionaron para el propósito del viaje. Súper buena ubicación cerca de restaurantes y centro comercial

Muy lindo hotel. Excelente desayuno. Parking gratuito y cómodo. Instalaciones modernas. La pileta muy pequeña en relación al hotel. No es la mejor ubicación para conocer todo Los Angeles pero si la costa. Hay walmart y muchos negocios cerca.

Hermoso y moderno complejo. Excelente atención, estacionamiento incluido en la tarifa. Aun cuando lo visitamos en pleno invierno resultó una experiencia muy positiva.

En general el hotel esta bien. Sin embargo, aunque las habitaciones están muy limpias, se ven algo viejas. La ubicación es bastante buena, ya que hay muchas ofertas de restautantes cerca, así como también un centro comercial.

Muy bonito y cómodo para ir en familia, la comodidad de tener dos habitaciones y su área de sala y cocina lo hacen ideal para viajes en familia. Lamentablemente la limpieza no es excelente aunq es aceptable y reportamos q el ventilador del baño no servía y durante una semana entera q estuvimos allí no lo arreglaron. Por lo demás es muy buena opción

Enzo was so nice and very accommodating! Jess went out of his way to help me. I had to meet a group of 7 people from the Philippines. I only met one person. So, I asked him a favor to call me if they showed up. He did! These 2 staff are assets to the hotel. Will book again in the future.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was disappointing. Rust stains in the tub and the drapes was outdated. The room had a smell and furniture was scratched and stained. The room need updating I was not comfortable enough to sleep.

Enjoyed the stay and all the amenities! However I wish the breakfast buffet was more inclusive when it comes to meat options. This was my second or third stay at the Residence Inn and each time there was never an alternative to pork. Other than that I would recommend!

I will NEVER stay there again. The hotel and service were fine, but I absolutely resent the fact that they charge $30/day for parking in a big empty parking lot in an area where parking is not at a premium. Nobody around them is charging for parking and it’s just another way to gouge customers. Kind of disgusted.

Our occupancy is on the lower end at the moment, which is why we have more parking available, however, we understand that our parking fee can seem like a lot when there are many open spots. I apologize that we left you with a negative impression of our hotel.

good hospitality
Door didn't open on the next morning we checked in and called the front desk for help. Engineer came quickly after the call, and was fixed within the hour. after that the door worked fine throughout our week stay. Jacuzzi was great! since it was quite chilly, sometimes Jacuzzi would not be hot enough to warm myself but the temperature was nice and good to relax!
