Was in town for a medical procedure that was close by, had a friend with to help me. Rich was very accommodating and quick to respond to each request or question. The home was clean organized. The kitchen was well equipped which we really appreciated since we did a lot of cooking. We enjoyed the outdoor space, very private, and felt very safe especially with the gate. This was by far one of my best experiences. Thanks for a grat stay.

As a family of four with two teenage boys, we had a fabulous 5 night stay in Rich’s beautiful home. We loved the space, the cleanliness, the location, comfy beds and sofas, it really felt like home. Being able to bring the car in and shut the gates felt very safe and secure and was a huge bonus. We had the pleasure of meeting Rich when we first arrived, an absolute pleasure to chat to, and we hope to return at some point in the near future. Thank you so much. :)

home away from home

This was such a a fantastic find for our family! The home was beautiful with so many personal touches that you could tell it was owned by someone who took pride in their property. gorgeous backyard, lovely patio, and inside was perfect , plenty of extras needed for people being out of town! And finally!!! A home that had enough pillows and towels for everyone! Rich was great with all the details and his instructions were both helpful, informative and hilarious. I love that I felt like I knew him by the time we left. could not say enough about this home and it's owner. Thank you rich,!!!

Easter weekend

It was legit a great experience, there are a few places to eat so if you are a foodie. We visited both Six flags and Universal studies, it wasn't a bad drive. Rich is super chill and really makes you feel welcome and the property was cute and private. I would give it a 10/10.

Beautiful house in great location.

Stayed 4 nights to visit family and sight see around Hollywood, LA and the beach. House was perfect for our needs. It is well maintained with beautiful landscaping and a laid back vibe. Would come back next time we visit family in North Hollywood/Burbank. It's an extremely convenient location to the Burbank Airport.

Location Good, but some issues…

The house itself was nice and clean and spacious and good for what we needed being fairly close to the places we wanted to go. The host was very friendly and nice, but we didn’t realize that he was (maybe) also staying on the property. Or at the least having work done. It took away from the independence of the location. At times, we could hear the sawing and banging of hammers Also some chatter. The beds were okay, the pillow tops made them slightly uncomfortable. With the work going on around us, we didn’t want to take advantage of the lawn furniture or the backyard table. Overall our stay was okay, we just wished it was more private. I don’t believe any of the stuff happening behind us being mentioned in the listing.
