You’ll have the entire house and private yard to yourself for the duration of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Staying right in the heart of the Hollywood Hills, walking around town is a breeze and you’ll be a short drive from some of our favorite local spots. The home is a 2 minute drive from the Hollywood Bowl, 3 minute drive from Runyon Canyon Park, and less than 10 minutes drive away from the iconic Universal Studios, Hollywood Blvd, and the Sunset Strip.

There are 2 uncovered parking spots in driveway. There is no garage. Driveway dimensions: 18' x 11.5'
Note: Street parking is not allowed in front of the house and is not permitted by the County. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Guests must complete third-party verification process and submit a copy of their identification to match at check-in.
2. No gatherings/events without prior written approval.
3. No pets.
4. Respect the property and the neighbors!

We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

FAMILY & PETS:
We are family friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Unfortunately at this time we do not allow pets.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $100/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.
HOT TUB:
Our hot tub is serviced and balanced prior to arrival and heated to 100 degrees Fahrenheit for your convenience.
VENDORS:
Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home, yard, pool, and spa. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Pool and spa service is on Monday, and Gardener is on Thursday or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges.
SOUND SYSTEM:
The Sonos sound system throughout the home has been disabled throughout the duration of your stay to help comply with and enforce county ordinances and regulations.
CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!
WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.
FIRE ZONE:
Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone
(VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
BACKYARD FENCING:
While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your children. Canyon critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.
