I would like to warn others to NOT stay at this property. The property is unsafe and not clean at all. I booked this house for my friends bachelorette weekend getaway. Upon arrival, the access code was given several minutes after check in time. I was charged 500 deposit without appropriate notice. The house itself was unkempt, see photos for how dirty everything was. There is random hardware on the walls, water damage, trash left from previous renters, etc. Randomly, the main bedroom light is red. Another bedroom lamp didnt even have a switch. Our major concern is that the 3 sliding doors in the house do not have working locks. When I reached out to the property owner in regards to the locks, their solution was to use the sticks to hold the doors closed. As a group, solely females, safety was our main concern. The lack of urgency and resolve was concerning. Since reaching out to the property owner, they are extremely defensive and not willing to take accountability for the lack of response. Please DO NOT book this house or from this property owner. Also, the backyard and pool area was dirty, with leaves in the pool skimmer that was there when we checked in. Indicating no one had dumped the leaves.
