Thank you Shannon for your review . . . I appreciate the feedback from my guests and am happy to address several of the comments mentioned. There actually was 10 washcloths(3rd shelf up) in the linen cabinet, in addition to the 12 white bath and and 6 beach towels. The main reason I send each and every guest my "Welcome Information PDF" the day prior to arrival is to familiarize guests with some details having to do with BBQ, A/C, linens, refuse location, parking, gardener arrival, etc. As you were aware, there is a Mr. Coffee next to the range - however I also keep a Keureg dispenser in the lower cabinet adjacent to the dining table. Most of my guests prefer using the "continuous pour" coffee maker vs. using the single Keureg pods. With regard to the machine not being "programmable", I've been unable to find one programmable to fit under my vintage scalloped cabinetry - (the fancy coffee makers are all just too tall). My contract that you reviewed, signed and returned detailed the one room you mentioned having access to hallway as well as the master and I must say my "parents" actually LOVE this room! Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me with regard to PRIVACY, the previous guest that left (prior to your arrival) had 3 young toddlers and my housekeepers were unaware the locking "pins" had temporarily been removed from the door handles.. I located them and the doors are again lockable. (Apparently the parents had concerns the kids might get locked inside a bed or bathroom and get scared). The houses, rooms and alleyways in Belmont Shore are yes of course . . . close together! With 1200 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms a powder room, full bathroom, kitchen, service porch and family room. These "bungalows" originally having been built in the early 1920's are unique and that's what makes the area so charming! Most were originally 2 bedroom, 1 bath properties. Fortunately my lot size is larger with a parking garage AND a sizeable remodeled rear yard. That being said, I hope the minor inconvenience you experienced didn't ruin your getaway. It's actually my hope that all guests leave the property feeling like they enjoyed their stay, loved the neighborhood and have the desire to return in the near future! Thanks John, I’m glad the location worked out well for you. I get quite a few guests that have family living close by - but their properties can’t accommodate them as most “bungalows” typically have 2 beds/1 bath. I’m happy our 3 bedroom 2 bath was able to accommodate your group. I’d be happy to host you again! :)

I have to say your response was so thoughtful and encourages me to continue to make things nice for my guests.
