Great stay in the Hollywood Hills!

Great location. Beautiful, recently remodeled home. Had a plumbing issue on arrival that was very quickly addressed. Would highly recommend!

Great stay, host was very accommodating!

Simply, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Tammy was very accommodating when our flights were rescheduled to arrive earlier than expected. She welcomed us in to drop bags so we could start exploring LA while waiting for check-in. Tammy recommended Uber instead of renting a car because of the ease and availability with budding film stars needing to make extra income. The house was clean, spacious, and fitted out perfectly with a welcome basket. A great home base for our week of adventure, via on foot, Uber, or even a subway stop away. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great Location

Great location and house. The pictures are spot on. Perfect fit for 6 adults and very close to great things to see and do. The house is a short walk to Hollywood Blvd. The only negative its the parking. You have a small spot in back to park if not you park on the street with a pass. Not a big deal but if you have a large car it could be. We would defifinetly stay here again. Tammy was a great host and was very responsive to our needs. You can't go wrong renting this place.

Perfect home to stay in!!

The home had a wonderful kitchen with everything you need. The bathrooms were beautiful and the beds were cozy. The neighborhood was really nice and walking distance to restaurants and close to all the sites on Hollywood Boulevard. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and we would definitely stay here again. It was a perfect home for our family of 4!! We would also recommend Yamashiro for dinner too! Loved our LA vacation at your beautiful home!!

Nearly perfect

Absolutely like the photos. Very fresh and appealing. It was spotless and well stocked when we arrived. Also we liked the location. Cute street, good neighborhood. And, Tammy, the co-host, was warm and very responsive. My only cautions: while the house can sleep 6, be sure to note one of the bedrooms can only accommodate a full bed, so pretty tight for 2 adults - fine for children; also we had an SUV, which did not fit into the parking spot behind the house, so had to park on the street. Otherwise we thought it was a good value and would recommend it.

Great neighborhood! Newly remodeled home!

We arrived to find a lovely duplex with very quiet neighbors. All newly remodeled, the pictures are accurate. Quiet neighborhood that is safe to walk in. We had one issue(stopped up toilet) and it was taken care of the same day it occurred. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children. I think the kitchen could use a few more pans and baking pans, but we managed with what we had. I would recommend this home for your vacation needs.

AMAZING!

This house is a DREAM! Amazing place to stay. This is was the first time I did VRBO and chose this house because of it's pictures. I was warned by lots of people that pictures aren't always true, but in the case of this house the pictures are 100% completely accurate. We stayed here for 10 days and the day we checked in the house was clean, cool, and ready for us. It's really a great size with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds are all super comfy and have great linens. Very expensive nice quality linens. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. We just went out and bought food. Very nice modern kitchen that I loved using. The laundry machines are an added bonus. We were able to do laundry easily also. The house is seriously is perfect. I can't think of any negatives...maybe the street is busy? But I personally loved it because I would sit outside in the evenings and people watch. Will definitely be staying here again next time we make a trip to Hollywood. All in all

Wonderful home in a fabulous location

We had the pleasure of staying in this house for 3 weeks and everything about it from pre arrival to finish was fantastic. The communication with Tammy was fabulous she answered all my questions very quickly what a pleasure she was to deal with, the owners are also a lovely couple. The house looks just like it does it the pictures, clean and modern with lots of utensils and the added bonus of things such as washing liquid, dishwasher liquid, foil, zip bags etc etc the list is too long to go on. There is a lovely garden area at the front of the property that attracts the sun all day long and a little decked area with seating to the rear of the property. The location is fabulous you are within walking distance to Runyon canyon , the Hollywood bowl and the tourist attractions on Hollywood boulevard plus restaurants and shops. I would recommend a walk to the Hollywood bowl and to climb the steps to the top of the stadium to see how spectacular it is there is also a small museum at the entrance which tells you the history of the bowl. If you want to venture a little further a field I would recommend a visit to Malibu Creek State park and to take the hike to the rock pools and where MASH was filmed, the scenery here is truly spectacular. If you want a local restaurant Yamashiro is within walking distance up the hill, great views whilst you dine. We found the property to be situated in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood , there is a parking space at the back of the property. We visit Los Angeles on a regular basis and have to say this is the nicest property we have stayed at in the best location, thankyou to Tammy and the owners for making our stay such an enjoyable one and we hope to be back real soon.
