Great place to stay! Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Loved the welcome snacks after a long day traveling! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great Location/Lovely Apartment

We have stayed here before and love its proximity to a variety of things. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable and tastefully decorated. We very much appreciated the goodies basket that was left for us, too. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Location, location,location. You can walk to restaurants, and very easy to grocery shop. Garage parking, two bedrooms, two and half bath and very clean. Third stay.

The property was very clean. The arrangements provided were very thoughtful. We enjoyed the goodie basket provided, the attached garage, the 3 bathrooms, and the kitchen mindfully stocked. We highly recommend this property to visitors to Pasadena.

Great location

we stayed here for 9 nights here in early October for a wedding and family visit. We loved it. Walking distance to the original Trader Joes and numerous restaurants. Old Town Pasedena is a 5 minute drive away. The rental was spotless. Loved the welcome basket. When we visit Pasadena again, would stay here in a heartbeat.

My friend and I flew in from different parts of the country to see our alma mater play at the Rose Bowl. This condo was perfect for our needs - the two bedroom suites were ideal for each of us to have our own separate spaces, and although we really only used the place to sleep and shower (we had busy days away from the rental), the shared living area was great for hanging out before we headed out in the mornings The condo is an easy walk to nearby restaurants (the bar at Arroyo Chop House was perfect for solo dining and nice cocktails my first night; there are good coffee spots very close as well; and Old Town Pasadena is an easy, approx 1 mile walk), and it's a short drive to the Rose Bowl. Kathleen was very quick to respond to messages, and the provided instructions for check in and -out were clear and easy. Would definitely stay here again if my travels being me back to Pasadena!

Convenient and roomy

I was going to a conference in Pasadena and needed a place close by. This exceeded my expectations! The location is close enough to walk to downtown Pasadena but also a block away from the Metro. The restaurants around it are delicious(Guisados tacos are 🔥). The first Trader Joe's is right around the corner. Do be aware that the city and this area pretty much shuts down after 9PM. Which was perfect for me as the peace and quiet were just what I needed after a long day of conferencing. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

There was some construction going on next door. For the unit we stayed in, pulling out of the garage and into the alley was dangerous. Unable to see if traffic was coming in both directions.

Nice but not as advertised

We enjoyed the condo but it was not as close to old Pasadena as eluded to in the description. Also, one of the faucets in the kitchen was rigged but needed fixing. Deck was dirty and not well kept. The dining room window didn’t work well. The property needed some TLC. The screen to the deck was difficult to open. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe walking.

Disappointing Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great but there are a number of issues with the rental. The most significant of which is the location of the garage. It is located right beside the exit gate. If you open the gate and enter the compound, the gate will not stay open while you park in the garage. If you close the gate after entering and attempt to back into the garage the gate will open and strike your vehicle as it is being parked. The management group was uncooperative with our insurance company. They refused to respond to requests to send a video of the gate and the incident. Several maintenance issues should be resolved. The blind in the master bedroom is broken and will not raise. The towel ring in the master bath is broken. The toilet paper is cheap and not the quality I would have expected with Marriott. The TV was a Roku which is difficult to use and does not have many stations. There were no rails on a portion of the stairs going up and none on the stairs going down to the garage. There are no lights in the Master Bedroom, other than small bedside lamps. The rental was clean, and the welcome basket was very nice. But the negatives far outweigh the positives.
