Average home lots of open space needs upgrades
The stay was neutral this place definetly needs some upgrades beds,furniture, overall there is a very strong moisture smell upon walking in it bothers you will need febreeze or any kind of air freshener dalia was great when it came to customer service

One Bedroom Luxury Home
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, but the home was far from luxury. The bed was very uncomfortable, There is a dog on or next door to the property that barks continuously. It is outside all night. The combination of the thin, uncomfortable mattress and the barking dog made it difficult to sleep. The “house” is a converted garage, so there are few windows and outlets. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. The kitchen is not equipped with an oven, which we discovered after going grocery shopping. It wasn’t horrible, but it absolutely isn’t a luxury home. It is adequate for someone looking for the convenience of a home vs a hotel room. Also, we were charged a $100 cleaning fee. I mistakenly assumed that was a deposit which would be returned. We left the home cleaner than it was when we arrived, but the cleaning fee is non refundable. The hosts were super nice, but the description of the property is extremely misleading.

They weren't accommodating, no front desk, wouldn't provide extra towels, pool is not private and it's definitely not a luxury house. The place is a garage that was converted into a small house.

The location of the property was great! Close to everything! The owners were quick to respond when contacted, and had great customer service! The property itself needs many updates. Furniture and decor are outdated. One of the stools was broken, the screen was ripped, and the futon did not unfold. Many cobwebs in laundry area and above shower. The carpet was in need of vacuuming. It is more spacious than a hotel room and it does have a pool, but I would not call it luxury accommodations as stated in the description.

Cheap place to sleep, but that is it
Guess we got what we paid for. Rooms need to be updated and many minor repairs were left undone. Wifi worked sometimes, and went in and out. There was a party with loud thumping music coming from the main house one night. Neighborhood was ok, with quiet neighbors, but we did have to hear a dog barking for a while. If you need a place to sleep, this works, but I think the word luxury should be taken out of the description. We would be hesitant to recommend this to friends.

Great Affordable Place to Stay!!!!!!
We stayed here for six nights. I was perfect for our visit. We were looking for someplace to lay our heads at night and shower up as we were gone all day ...every day. The Owner Dalia was very accomadating and she is very nice. We didn't use the pool because we weren't there during the daytime. I loved that the place had a washer and dryer. It was nice to stay in LA without breaking the bank. We would recommend this rental and we will be visiting LA again next year and will definitely be staying in one of Dalia's places.
